Esa clinica es malisima para atenderte y para hacer una cita tienes que llar el mismo dia y muchas veces ni te contestan la llamada se toman muchisimo tiempo para darte un referido y mandarte a otros especialistas yo no se la recomiendo a nadie es mala,pero mala con el servicio

I have called the dentistry section of this facility every single day for 2 week! TWO WEEKS! Trying to get my seven year old daughter in for a tooth extraction. She's losing her first tooth, the adult tooth is already through the gums and growing in crooked, the baby tooth we believe the roots are hooked underneath the new tooth preventing us from being able to get it out. And literally every day that I call, I'm told to try back tomorrow. This tooth is causing my daughter PAIN! And this facility is a freaking joke. ?

So due to the hurricane my appointment i waited 2 MONTHS FOR got canceled. My teeth are rotting out of my face and you just cancled it. On top of that theres no way for me to leave a voicemail as you truned that off!! Wtf!!! This is the worst busniess I've encountered. I waited for ever just for you to do 2-3 fillings at a time when my mouth is full of cavities. Im calling another dentist this is ridiculous to not give me a way to reschedule

I love this place. Highly recommend.
The Staff, Nurses, and Doctors are wonderful. Everything is always quick and easy. Today is the first time I've used the on-site pharmacy and Caitlin did not disappoint. My prescription was ready in minutes.

Don't know what happened there ...It use to be good..My husband wont ever go to that place he said the nurses r rude...But that was n 2021 .So he no longer went back.I went there and had a problem with the people that work the phones... Dr O'Donnell and Dr Lily are awesome..But the people that answer the phones man they need to change..Lots of people n lake City tell me they have the same problem with those people answering the phones..Even other medical centers..say this

Dr John O'Donnell deserves a special spot in heaven for the care and patience he provides for his patients. He was the only doctor my dad would go to because he made him feel valued and seen. Still today, he showed me the same care and compassion, taking t time to answer all my concerns. The nurses are excellent also. ?
