I've been going here for over a year now both dentist and medical side and I really can't wrap my head around all these negative reviews. I have never felt any ill intent when I walk through their doors. Everyone has always been so welcoming and understanding. Yes the wait time can be long but most of the time I get called back within 10 minutes of waiting. This is a free/low cost clinic that does a lot for our community especially for our schools and I appreciate everything that they do.

HORRIBLE STAY AWAY!
After waiting 3 months for my appointment they had to reschedule it said they would call...they didnt, I show up a month later for the second appt only to be told it was a cleaning, which they said they couldnt do until AFTER they did neeeded dental work..now Im told i have to wait til after the first of the year.
THESE PEOPLE ARE THE EPITOME OF DISRESPECTFUL.they have wasted my time twive now with not so much as an apology STAY AWAY FAR AWAY and SHAME ON Pancare for allowing this to happen...I am furious that anyone would show this little respect for me as a customer. I think I am going to call the governors office of consumer affairs....

Dr Berry is fantastic the front desk can't say as much for very rude and not compassionate for other people's medical issues hopefully he corrects the issue so many people complain about.

This is our 3rd visit to this location and it is terrible and has been every time. Front desk is rude, and we were told to be here on time or our appointment would be cancelled but he sit in the waiting room for an hour after our appointment time and then sit in a room for another hour. It is ridiculous. When we leave here today we will be asking for our medical records will be finding a new doctor office.

Finally found a place that would take our insurance. We had to fill out a new patient form online before making an appointment. They called me a week after I filled out the paperwork to make an appointment. She said the earliest one would be 7 weeks away. I made the appointment for myself and husband. I called the office because I couldn't remember the times, and they told me they didn't have an appointment for either of us and that we had never been there before. Which I told them we were new patients. After 20 minutes of being on hold, they found our paperwork, but still didn't have any appointments for us. She was nice, she said she wasn't the receptionist, that she was out for the week. Very aggravating because we both had to take off work for nothing.

If I could rate this facility 0 stars I would they have horrible communication!!!! They canceled an appointment because they no longer have a dentist on Monday no phone call to inform me... They will also cancel your appointment and give it to someone else if you don't call to confirm. They say they have no time to call you to confirm your appointment but have time to call and give it to someone else. This place is a joke!

Can't say enough the staff and dental assistant and dentist were just a delight! They made me and my daughter feel comfortable and smiles the whole time she explained everything this is my whole family's new dentist. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

The dental staff are amazing. Caring and helpful. Painfree experience. Angelic staff from appointments with Angela, cleanings with Cynthia and dental procedures with Dr Pate and Theresa. Not that I enjoy going to the dentist, but when I must, one couldn't ask for better care than we were given by these wonderful professionals.
