Dr.Eller and staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the solution to me and my husband's feet problems. Brittany at the front receptionist desk was very cheerful from checking us in,Emily was very nice from calling us back doing our x-rays and assigning us in a waiting room and she was so kind from start to finish.... We were impressed with Dr.Ellers from the moment he walked into the room to see us and explain our diagnosis with us,we look forward on our treatment plan and working with him. The young lady at the check out was also accommodating with scheduling our upcoming appointment and working with our schedule, it was worth the drive most definitely and we look forward to seeing them soon! We are snowbirding in the Golden Isles in Georgia. Most beautiful place but while here I started having severe pain in my foot. Doing my online research, I thought it was a neuroma. I tried to tough it out but no luck. Called Parkwood Podiatry and due to the pain got me in quickly. I saw Dr. Alexia Bodamer. She did xrays and ultrasound. Determined it was a neuroma. Gave me a injection of steriods. Not uncomfortable at all. Pain relieved within 12 hrs. This is an excellent, organized practice. I would highly recommend both the Dr. and the practice.

It took about 2 weeks to schedule a visit from the time I requested one. On day of visit, I was seen about 5 minutes after I finished filling out updated history sheets. Not a lot of time wasted as sometimes happens in doctor's office waiting rooms.

Dr Eller is a great doctor. Though, In the beginning he was skeptical of my daughters condition since it’s so rare especially for her age however once it was confirmed for him, he went above and beyond to try to help my daughter with whatever he could. Spent about a year under his care for my daughters condition, even last minute emergency appointments, he would always accommodate her at any office he were at.
‘Some’ of the office staff needs some patient bedside manner revamping but we were there so frequently that SOME of them were super friendly and even knew when to schedule follow ups and what papers I needed at the end of the appointment. Overall, good experience here with Dr Eller.
