If needing medical attention could be described as a positive experience this would be the case. The wait staff had me in the procedure room in under 15 mins, the doctor walked in immediately after and after looking at the wound gave me options for treatment. I was able to been seen, treated and stitched in under an hour. The doctor was informative and reassuring during the process. And to top it off, they are very respectful of self pay patients and list options that are best for your needs. Can’t recommend them enough.

The office is always clean and doctors are good about covering all the bases as far as leaning more liberal when it comes to prescribing medications rather than having to go back multiple times and finally be prescribed meds. We see Russ During and he is amazing! Always very friendly, down to earth and thorough. He’s done everything from test us for flu to removing a wart on my sons finger and his work is always phenomenal. All the doctors here are great and it’s the only clinic we go to!

Friendly and very professional doctors! I went in with having an upper respiratory infection. They prescribed me the right antibiotics and medicine and I was well in a couple of days. Family oriented, staff with professional doctors,assist and staff etc! Would definitely recommend for the whole family and did I mention kids Friendly as well!!

I took my son here today. We were very pleased with our care. Front staff was nice and the PA was very knowledgeable. We have been to two other places in Valdosta and have been very disappointed with the care they gave. We have a large family and plan on making this our regular Dr. So thankful to have finally found a place we're they are kind, knowledgeable, and fair and honest with charges.

When you go to any business, the way you are treated by the front office staff speaks volumes as to your overall visit. Dr Parrott's staff are friendly, patient, efficient and very professional. My daughter was in dire need of a caring, concerned doctor. We ask to see Dr Parrott, but they were so busy. Russ, the PA, came to our room. After he listened and examined my daughter, he immediately advised her of the procedures she would need. It may be a lengthy process, but thanks to "Dr" Russ it will be worth it. God bless you all.

I think this is a top notch facility and I have had courteous and accurate service every time I’ve been! Anyone complaining about them not tapering off meds needs to realize this is a care clinic, not a treatment center. My mom had one bad experience with a PA or NP who didn’t read her chart and berated her for something she shouldn’t have, but we got that corrected. Dr. Parrott has always been right, and he’s so down to earth and great at explaining things. I recommend it highly if you can’t get in to your regular doctor- SOOOO much quicker than going to the ER!

From wait time, to friendliness of the staff, to Dr. Parrott himself--everything was great. I took my daughter in after discovering she had a fever. The office was very clean and the staff was great. Dr. Parrott was very friendly and thorough during our visit. Ashamed to say, but I'll be coming here for our sick visits from now on instead of the pediatrician.
