PASS Physical Therapy

EVERYONE at PASS physical therapy is great! From Alisia, to Geri, to Christina, to everyone. They are informed and careful to make sure that the patient does enough exercise but not too much. Very professional calm environment. I cannot say enough about working with the entire team. I have been to other PT facilities and they have been chaotic and not really attentive to the patient. Very committed workers to patient’s health and well being! Cannot say enough about them!

Tried to book an appointment but they won't take Humana Medicare Advantage unless I'm affiliated with a particular medical group. When I asked why, they got snippy with me. They're in Palm Springs, where a large portion of the population is older, and they don't take Medicare? Find another PT provider.

I just finished a couple months of therapy on my arm/shoulder. Kristina set up my regimen and ran a few of my sessions. Arri and Sophia ran the rest of my sessions with help from Antonio. All are super-friendly and helpful. I'd never gone through PT before and was concerned, but the staff know what they are doing and alleviated my concerns. I see someone didn't like the lack of call reminders; I had one before each session.

Antonio is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. I personally didn't feel I got much out of the physical therapy itself from the therapists and sometimes felt uncomfortable. Didn't find owner friendly. Didn't receive any call reminders from new office girl and I always was the one calling to see if I could get scheduled. Other than Antonio's personality and helpfulness, I was not impressed.

PASS Physical Therapy is an extraordinary place. Not only does the business run like a well-oiled machine, it is staffed by consummate professionals able and willing to devote their expertise to your care. They learn who you are and help you with what you need. Beyond this, you can tell that they love what they do and that they enjoy working together. All told, it's a wonderful environment and experience.

I love these people! PASS is definitely a place to heal--small and intimate, with caring, knowledgable therapists. I'd been struggling for over 2 years with orthopedic problems caused by injury and aging, and I was getting little relief elsewhere. Larry helped me return to my former self, both physically and emotionally. I highly recommend Larry and the other therapists there as a place to go when you want to get well and back into life.

By far the best physical therapy place in Palm Springs and environs. Calm, skilled, pleasant and fun folks to work with. And the work pays off quickly. You'll work hard and like the result. Laurence Luckinbill, Actor/Writer.

What a nice, caring office. Clean, easy parking, staff is friendly. Very happy and grateful for them. After just this one appointment I am in less pain and feel more optimistic.
