Today was my second visit with Dr Patel. On the first visit my appointment was at 11, I was called to the back around 11:20, sat there until 12:15 when he finally came in..total time with him was literally 8 mins. Today my appointment was at 11, I was called to the back at 12:17, I walked out of the office at 12:40 after I sat in the room with for over 20 mins with no Dr. I understand offices are busy but it would be nice if my time was valued. I had heard such great things about Dr Patel so I was looking forward to having him as my PCM. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

BEWARE of this office. They are in the habit of billing malpractice. on 9/28/23 I went for a wellness checkup. I mentioned having a cough I could not get rid of. The Doc suggested I get a chest scan and blood work done while fasting so he could begin eliminating possible causes. On 10/2/23 I arrived at 8am and was called in by the nurse. She sat me down and said she was going to take test for my surgery. I immediately stopped her and said I am here just to get my blood drawn. Red faced she apologized and asked me to wait a moment while she checked. I said there is nothing to check, I'm NOT having surgery. She left and returned a minute later to apologize and said she was misinformed. But asked if I wanted to get swabbed for covid. Now they want me to pay $22.70 for the COVID test because it was administered by a nurse.
They are crooks at this office.

LOVE Dr. Patel. He is kind and empathetic. He really listens to what you have to say. Every time I am there I feel comfortable. However, I must say the wait time is terrible. When I finally get into the room I still have to wait another hour or so. That is the only problem I have. Once I waited 90 minutes. His staff is always nice to me...never rude. So, I am not sure what that other review is about. I have never met anyone there who is rude.

I'm able to be here to leave a review because of Dr. Patel. He was my OBGYN during a difficult pregnancy in 1999 and I will never forget how when I asked if I was going to die, he said "NO...I'm not going to let you die" and he didn't.

He saw me through two major surgeries (C-Section & partial Hysterectomy) and he never left my side or went home to rest for 3 days. If he is your doctor, then you know Dr. Patel is a "snappy, dapper" dresser, always well-groomed and immaculate. By the time he finally went home, he had a beard and hadn't changed clothes in days. THAT'S DEDICATION.

He watched my vitals like a hawk and would not give up on me. In fact, the only time I heard anything other than encouragement for my recovery was when he gave me my options before the hysterectomy.

He said, "I know how important being a mother is to you, and I've managed to save your uterus. But if you get pregnant again, please don't come to me. I won't be able to help you and cannot take responsibility for you if that happens." I didn't take it personally, I understood that Dr. Patel was only trying to be a good doctor who cares for his patients.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr Patel to all who need a good OBGYN and will forever be grateful to him for saving my life. Because of his commitment to my health and care, I have seen my children come of age, go to college and marry. THANK YOU DR PATEL,

I had a terrible experience at this practice from the moment I walked into the office. It began with the rude staff behind the front desk. The particular woman I spoke with was very young and seemed like it was a hassle to take care of new patient forms and answering the few questions I had. After waiting a reasonable amount of time I was taken back by a very nice technician which ended up being the only pleasant person in the office. The doctor (Patel) took a while to finally visit my room but I didn't mind waiting. He came in sweating, with blood shot eyes. Barely introduced himself before he began my yearly women's exam. He was brief and seemed in a hurry to push me out the door and move on to other patients. I requested a full std screen because I like to be safe and get that done once a year. They took urine and blood samples for those tests. I was then rushed out the door to never hear from them about any of the results. I had to call a few weeks later to ensure that I had a clean bill of health. A few months later I began receiving bills in the mail totaling up to $500, $315 of which was a charge for a full drug screening which I had not requested nor was I informed that this was being done with the samples they had taken. After months of back and forth contact with the billing company the issue is still unresolved. Not sure if the std screen was even preformed. Will never return to this practice nor will I recommend anyone go here unless you want to experience unprofessional staff and uncomfortable exams.

I like Dr. Patel, He has always been pleasant to me. He informs me of what his conclusions are and goes over any tests with me in his office. Wait is going to happen anywhere you go I dont think it's any longer wait than any other Dr. Office. As for the staff they are mostly pleasant but especially one of the technicians in particular wish I could give her a call out but having trouble with the name..

I love Dr. Patel. A doctor that truly cares. He did a surgery for me 10 years ago. When he was done he said I had to do a little more than I thought. Your insurance not gone cover it but its ok Im not worried about it. Just as long as you are ok, thats all that matters. The best doctor I know. Had my mom to go to him for a 2nd opinion and he took care of her and still is. Now we both are patients. Thanks doctor for everything.
