I met Brian at DNA Strength, where he was offering free physical therapy assessments for a week. I had wrist pain while bench pressing, and he quickly pinpointed the root cause which was imbalanced traps and lats leading to compensation in my left wrist. He professionally guided me through different tests to identify the issue and then explained exactly how to fix it. He refused any tip, staying true to his promo sign, which says a lot about his integrity. Highly knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. If you get a chance to work with him, take it.
