Scheduled a new patient appointment, was informed that it was a two visit process for evaluation and then cleaning. No problem. I arrived and completed the necessary documents within 15 minutes. I then waited another 45 minutes with no one else in the waiting area. Based on my experience, there was one other patient present during this time. I inquired about how much longer it would be and was quickly taken to have bitewing x rays and the panoramic x ray. I then waited another 15 minutes without being seen or told what I was waiting for. I decided to leave and was told by Pam, the office manager, I was not their only patient and new appointments take longer. I'm honestly not sure why.

If new patient appointments, take a long time (an hour plus) you all should inform folks when calling to schedule. I will not be back.

After reading the other reviews, I felt the need to write my own review. My wife and I have both been going to Dr. Frank for close to thirty years. We both have always had good experiences here. Dr. Frank and his staff have always been very friendly. I can't imagine them being rude. As he is always up to date on the latest procedures, he is not a "cut rate" dentist. But, you get what you pay for, which is excellent dentistry. I would highly recommend him and his practice.

With Rachel’s retirement, I was nervous to have my teeth cleaned by the “new girl”. Let me say that Mrs. Sowder is AWESOME!! She took her time, asking me frequently if I was ok. She laughed when I told her I actually love having my teeth cleaned!! She did a great job!! She’s such a sweet lady and a perfect fit for the best dental group in town!!!

Crown was made to fit perfectly. Dr Frank has a gentle chair side manner. As do his staff- they are all so nice! He takes the time to follow up afterwards to make sure you are ok. My dentist forever!

Dr. Patterson has been wonderful for SOOO many years, but Dr. Hughes has stepped in and made a seamless transition, and has a great sense of humor. Everyone there is super sweet, kind, and professional, but feels like family. My children and husband and I all love them.

This was the best dental experience I have ever had 🦋 Dr Frank and Brenda were thorough and explained any question I had which were few. The reason being they were thorough in explaining before my few questions.
I am looking forward to getting my complete smile back🦋🦋 Love this crew..
