No matter which facility I've ever seen him in, he's always surrounded by professionals that truly know what they're doing and are friendly while doing so, quite refreshing! Dr. Burton replaced both my knees in September
and December, 2019. I enjoyed every interaction with Dr. Burton and always felt that my questions were answered thoroughly and honestly. Knee replacements are no joke and it was challenging but Dr. Burton prepared me for everything. The important thing is that both are working fine now and feeling better every day.

The Arrowhead Redlands Physical Therapy facility is large and well equipped and staffed. They played the most important part in my recovery.

I am tempted to knock at least half a point off because I did find one or two of Dr. Burton's staff, including physical therapy, to be flat out of line with, at best, unprofessional attitudes. But I'm an old coot and some people find me difficult so who can say. I'll just chalk it up to "when was the last time I found everyone in a doctor's office to my liking? Answer: I can't remember one." Sometimes it's feels like they're doing me a favor.

Everyone else, especially Alan in Physical Therapy, was terrific and I was really glad to have gone through this ordeal with all of their support. The women at the physical therapy reception area had a busy little spot to manage but somehow always kept a friendly and welcoming atmosphere I looked forward to waiting in. Trust me, I never thought I'd be writing that.

I have been a patient at this facility since 2003. Dr. Paul Burton is an amazing surgeon. He is an excellent Orthopedic surgeon but what meant a lot to me was his concern for me as a whole person. When I found out my knee was really bad I was very scared knowing that someday I would have to have knee replacement surgery. Well, that time has come. When I chose Dr. Burton I was hoping for the best. My wish came true. Dr. Burton explained in detail what was going to happen and put me at ease. He told me I had options and that only I could make that decision. He sat with me and I felt he was in no rush to leave until I was ready to tell him what I had decided. His staff was wonderful as well. They were very helpful and considerate of my nervousness. I am going to have knee replacement surgery soon and I feel so much better knowing just what to expect. Thank you Dr. Burton, I highly recommend you for anyone’s orthopedic needs.

I absolutely would recommend Dr. Burton to anyone searching for an experienced, skilled orthopedic surgeon w/a comfortable demeanor and a clear/understandable communication style. He did an outstanding job on my hip replacement 10/21/19, such that I was back to pretty much 'normal' about 6 weeks later!
