Service is exceptional. Dr Yurfest the best ortho around. First came here 25 yrs ago when he was the 1st to offer lingual braces. Loved the results and didn’t hesitate coming back in 2018 to get my bite adjusted. He works hard to make sure you are delighted with the results. Plus, he is is nicest person! All the start are always polite & very professional.

I highly recommend this practice. Dr. Huber was assigned to my case and used Invisalign to give me a bite that actually works! The entire staff is fabulous, and always shows the kind of caring and competence that any patient would desire. They are good people! They have even been willing to make free adjustments after I had cosmetic work done at a different clinic.

My two children, their step-mom, step-brother, and I all went to Dr. Yurfest. I can't tell you enough about what a great job he did for ALL of us! Almost every visit I hear him explaining to people that if they eat the wrong foods their brackets will come off, if they don't wear their rubberbands their teeth won't move, and if they don't wear their retainer their teeth will shift! The bad reviews are probably from people who think that they know better than someone who a) went to school for this and b) has been in practice many, many years.

PS I had braces as a teenager and didn't wear my retainer. My teeth shifted back in no time. The kids' step-mom had braces twice when she was younger but needed more than just braces to correct her "gummy" smile. My son was told from an early age that he would need mandibular advancement surgery just like is father. Dr. Yurfest corrected this problem with a MARA appliance. The results were amazing and didn't require surgery!

I have only been an Invisalign patient for 5 months, but am so disappointed. The trays are great, but this practice is awful. God forbid you ever have a life event where you have to reschedule, you will be pushed out at least one to two months for a reschedule. The office manager is more concerned with getting in the last word than addressing the issue and trying to help out. Once they get their money, that's all they care about. If I had the choice to stop my payment and have another ortho finish out the contract, I would do it in a heartbeat! Take your business elsewhere. Invisaligns are outsourced, so those are the same wherever you go. It is a service that keeps you as a customer at a practice, and they have none. Correction, the only saving grace is Marianne at the front desk.

Wish I could give negative stars. I received orthodontic treatment from him as a pre teen and ended up with shortened roots on my front teeth due to excessive force and a poorly planned treatment that included camouflage orthodontics when what I really needed was surgery. I am only 20 years old, but I experience grinding, TMJ problems, an open and overbite, tooth pain from my bite only meeting in certain spots, teeth clicking when I talk, and headaches from clenching. I’ve spent $50K undoing all the damage he did and getting the treatment I should’ve gotten when I was 10. I wish I could sue for malpractice, but sadly I didn’t wear my rubber bands enough, which is his get out of jail free card in court. Don’t send your kids to this man.
