The Doctor herself 5 stars. The "surgical coordinator" & rest of the clinic 1 star. If you want to get in contact with anyone at the office forget it. I didn't have questions answered until day of surgery when the wrong lens was going to be put in until I noticed. The surgical coordination department does not answer - after countless calls, voicemails, emails. I do not know how business is ethically conducted here. 10 days post-op & nobody has returned my call... I cannot get the eye drops or questions answered I need because staff refuses to get in contact with the doctor & keeps saying "surgical coordinator" will reach out (she never does).

Caring, thorough, approachable, respectful.
Only down side was for my wife as office is not wheelchair accessible. Also, due to office physical restraint there was a parade of patients in and out of the main waiting area to room across hall.

Pre-op visits have been excellent. Dr Feng explains things thinks through and answers questions with kindness and in detail and in a way that is very clear. And she clearly knows her stuff. Her staff have been very thorough, professional and friendly.
