I stop here one day after waking up with random bumps on my arms and face. The doctor refused to acknowledge the bumps saying "it isn't inflamed" like I don't know if my own face is swollen. She then tried to convince me I have a staph infection on my cheek... it was a zit I had popped the day prior.. they then took blood to test if it was an allergic reaction. Before determining anything a nurse came in and tried to stick a needle in my butt! Needless to say I declined everything and got out as soon as possible. But atleast the staff were nice.

Amazing customer service from the time I
arrived to the time I was discharged! There was minimal paperwork and the process was smooth! The staff is quite knowledgeable and efficient and I highly recommend this Med Stop location!

I been going to therapy 2 days out of the week,I really enjoy the staff there,they,are very professional,nice,and they really work with you, if you been dealing with arthritis all over your body, you know how the pain is, I just want to thank y'all for working with me and keep up the good work

Took my 3 year old daughter here who had “nursemaid elbow” . Got there at 5 , waited til about 8 pm to be seen . Daughter cried in pain the whole time . Did xrays to be told she has a fracture in her arm . Scared me and my family to death . They sent us to childrens hospital in macon who seen us at around 8:50 . daughter wasnt crying at this time anymore an acting normal . They did xrays an told us there is no fracture all she had was nursemaid elbow that my daughter cleared on my own during the wait . Crazy how you say my daughter has a fracture when she doesnt .

Everyone was so wonderful. The front desk gals were so kind and understanding. The nurse was amazing and compassionate. Radiology tech let me go as slow as I needed to and helped me through each transition.
Dr Ramaiya was so genuinely kind, and I could tell, truly cared. She listened to me and helped me navigate my next steps. It is so refreshing finding a healthcare staff that truly cares and have great bedside manner. Thank y’all so much!!

I had an absolutely terrible experience here. The people at the registration desk and the nurses were all wonderful and kind but the doctor was awful.

I came in because I was experiencing severe back pain. The doctor, Dr. Espinosa, came in and literally all he did was check my heartbeat and breathing with the stethoscope and then ask if I could lift my legs. It was pretty obvious from his behavior that he was in a hurry to get me out and he may have been in the room for a total of two minutes.

He then told me if it gets worse to go to the emergency room, which is ridiculous because I just spent 200 dollars to come see him so that I wouldn't have to go to the ER and he didn't even check me out. He wrote me three prescriptions, NONE of which I can take because they all have bad interactions with the medicine I currently take, which I specifically asked about and which was clearly on my chart. I'm absolutely disappointed with my experience and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I would give 0 stars if I could.

The doctor at this facility is horrible! If you expect any care beyond a cold or maybe stitches do not come here. I had been in an accident and ge didn't even order x-rays as a minimal form of care. He just listened to my heart, prescribed pain pills, and told me to follow-up with my primary care doctor. If I could have gotten an appointment I would not have been there and I was hesitant to go to the hospital emergency room due to COVID. I ended up having to go to the emergency room anyway.
