I can't stand people who work in customer service but have no customer service skills. The doctor was great, but the schedulers were both rude and acted as if my call was a bother. Specifically, Margaret who scheduled my tests. She was not only rude, but also offensive.

She claimed she called me several times to schedule my appointments, but I have no records of the missed calls and when I reviewed my voicemail history there are no messages from her either. So instead of letting me know she attempted and apologizing for us not connecting, she attempted to scold me like a child and asked why I didn't call them back sooner.

Customer service is key to any great business. Today, whomever answered the phone lines has a horrible attitude! I had a question about my upcoming appointments and she was very short and ridiculously unprofessional. I will find out her name during my appointment; but whomever she is, she needs help with being professional!!!

I was treated with respect. I felt like I was a very important person. At arrival, during my time at the checkin, when asked to come to an examination room, while in the room and during my examination. I was made to feel comfortable and important. The entire staff was considerate and friendly. I will be letting others know how this practice made me feel.

I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advanced. I received 2 confirmation emails for my appointment with the most recent confirmation being on a Saturday and my appointment on that following Monday. I confirmed both emails. Arrived at my appointment promptly 9am. Signed in and waited 30 minutes before being called to the desk just for the secretary to inform me I needed to reschedule because my dr wasn’t in the office. She stated she left me a voicemail Saturday but never received my confirmation. I never received any phone call or voicemail. It’s frustrating since this is the second time I’ve been through this.

I love Dr. Penn, but the appointment scheduler needs to be replaced! She never return calls, she get your appointments mixed up, she doesn’t schedule appointments like she is supposed to and when you inquire as to why is it taking so long to get an appointment scheduled you get a smart reply! It took 3 months for me to get an ultrasound scheduled and I had to keep calling up there for that, now I have to have a procedure and have been waiting and calling for her to schedule me for weeks and have not had any luck! I have other things to do so I can’t just sit around wondering if I will here from here this week or next! Poor customer service and very poor communication skills!!!

I have been at this doctors appointment with my husband since 8:30am the front desk staff is pass rude and we have been waiting on the doctor for over an hour. Our time is just as important and we do have other things to do in a day other then to just sit and wait for a doctor who seems uninterested in assisting his patients in a proper time and fashion.

Dr. Mcdevitt is great. He and his staff took good care of me before surgery. Would give 5 stars if there were better signage for their 4 offices in the Stockbridge office.

Dr. Levy and his staff are amazing. I saw Dr. Levy for varicose vein procedure. My legs are almost ready for the summer.!! So grateful to Dr. Levy and his compassionate and friendly staff.
