Dr Laura is a amazing doctor. I don't feel like I'm talking to myself when I see her and Cher that does the blood work was great. Never felt her stick the needle in and let me say I'm very afraid of needles. Good day here starting at the front desk. Very good visit.

I've been a patient here for 20 years. Dr Barnhart was my physician. He was great. And until about a year ago the office staff was good. Now I can't even get my prescriptions refilled when I need them or to the correct pharmacy. Save your time and find another office to go to. These people couldn't care less about the patient.

We love the Dr's, PA's, and staff here!! We have been patients for over 20 years! A lot of times it's hard getting in on the same day, which is inconvenient when you need to be seen right away and don't want to pay for an ER visit. They usually get us back right away. They are very caring and spend time with you to figure out what's going on and give you a chance to ask questions.

Great office and amazing doctors. The doctors were very empathetic and thorough. I have gotten new insight that no other doctors have been able to find elsewhere. I even received a call about my visit the next day from the doctor about new information for my condition. Whenever I have called the front desk they have always been helpful and friendly and gotten to the bottom of my issues. So glad to have found the best primary care for my needs.

My provider, Kristen, was lovely. However, this office is wildly disorganized. I sought care because I suspected I had a particular illness. First they spelled my name wrong. So I called them to correct it, spent half an hour on hold before getting hung up on, called back for another half hour on hold for them to correct it finally. But it was still spelled wrong a few days later and I had to go through that process again a second time to get it changed for real.

My appointment was Tuesday. I got a call from their office Friday saying my tests came back and I am in the clear. Then I get a call from them monday, saying they didn’t accurately record which vaccines they gave me, and could I call them back and tell them what they gave me?

Then they called me Wednesday and left a voicemail saying I had new lab results. I had to call back SIX times before I reached a person who didn’t hang up or send me to a voicemail. Finally I reached someone who said actually when they called me Friday, they didn’t have all my labs, but now they do and I AM sick.

So yeah … my provider was good but I don’t want to subject myself to the mental torture of the office staff ever again.

Terrible front desk, fortunately that was all the interaction I have had with them. I called because my previous Dr merged with this facility and I called to ask a question/set up an appointment. They didn't transfer any of my records and when I was trying to get information as to why the clerk hung up on me

Pretty solid doctor's office. Low wait times both on the phone and in office. Staff seems like they genuinely care. Cool fish tank in the lobby.
