Had a terrible experience. I had surgery and was in the hospital for two weeks with a bad infection in my blood stream. When finally discharged from the hospital, I was asked to follow up with a primary care physician. During my appointment experience, I felt like they really didnt care or listen to me about the pain I was in. They also tried prescribing me new meds that I couldnt even take due to the antibiotics I was still on. I had to prove to them that I couldnt have it and show the paperwork. Just overall not professional, when you the patient, are doing the doctor's job.

I made an appointment for today, early yesterday. I just received a call telling me that my appointment needs to be over the phone or moved since no one is in the kiowa location today. It is Thursday March 11th and no snow has fallen here yet. I see no reason that the kiowa location should be closed. This is not the first time I've had problems with this clinic, as I went previously because my tonsils were swollen. I suppose feeling any kind of illness is considered to be Covid at this Clinic. I can't speak for the whole of peak vista, as I've seen doctor's from the other clinics covering at the Kiowa location, and they were the ones who actually got me what I needed to get better. However; I feel the Kiowa location is poorly managed, and, for lack of a better word, quite ignorant towards their patients.

Seen a sub Dr from Co Springs because the original Dr was out. I had been treated for an Infected spider bite 10 days prior . The antibiotics had made a little difference but had not cleared it. The sub Dr told me that I was wrong and it was not a spider bite that I needed to go get it biopsied. I assured him it was a spider bite and he said no it wasn't. That he seen several on clients and himself.
He gave me a referral for a dermatologist

I left with no intention to use the referral. I took oregano capsules 3 times a day... 5 days later the spider bite is gone.

Horrible how that Dr wouldn't listen to me... He was useless...

I waited a few weeks to get a call back from them when I finally got fed up and called them. Instead of being greeted by anybody who worked there I consistently got hung up on and then eventually calls didn’t go through at all. I called corporate and they told me the doctor hadn’t even reviewed my results yet! I then called every single peak vista in the area to just try and get transferred to the Kiowa clinic and ended up being hung up on, transferred to places that didn’t exist and just sent around the ringer. I have had 100000% better care at veterinary clinics and bad Mc Donald’s that don’t even have an ice cream machine then I do here. Worst place to need professional care from. Honestly we should just throw the entire business as a whole, away. Just dump it in a landfill, I’m tired of this.

My husband needed to get a COVID test. We called 3 times and each time received the voicemail. The last time we left a voicemail we didn’t hear back for an entire week and had already gone to another clinic. There was no sign on the door or instructions on the phone as to where to go for the test so my husband chose to walk in. He walked in and was immediately lectured about how he should have called. He explained the situation and was again shamed for walking in when he needed to get tested for COVID. He was then directed to drive to the back of the building. Due to the number of cars in the back he did not see the assigned spot for COVID testing. There were no signs directing to the spot. He was again shamed while getting tested and told that “common sense would have told him not to go into the building and that he was to drive around to THIS spot to get tested.” They were incredibly rude and disrespectful. They never answer the phone and generally do not care. Absolutely unacceptable, especially during a time like this.

We have always had trouble with this office when it comes to prescriptions being called in to the pharmacy. My daughter has strep throat, needs antibiotics, was seen at 3pm and the office did not call the script in. Very inconsistent care and poor attention to details. I can't stand this office.

Dr. O was terrific always. Molly and cindy just great and pleasureable. Always felt like they care. The front desk definitely needs work. Messages not given to dr., no one answers, usually get voice mail. This is a medical facility, this needs to b corrected . Dr. Johnson and brit, dental superb.
Whens the nest doctor starting.

I have never had problems scheduling appointments or rescheduling if weather prevents me from going. My dentist here is mindblowingly awesome and my doctor took great care of me.
