My experience has always been stellar. 15 years of V.I.P. Service. Always on time, the staff is always in good cheer. Professional, they listen to your questions. My son just had his last visit since he will shortly be 18.

Excellent dentist office. From the front desk to the doctors, they provide exceptional and efficient care. You’re almost immediately called to the back. The Dental Hygenists are warm, gentle and thorough and always provide recommendations for brushing at home. My child has seen both Dr. Bates and Dr. Frazer and they’re both wonderful. I joked I with I could be a patient and Dr. Frazer immediately gave me a recommendation for my own care.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Pediatric Dentistry at Vinings! From the moment we walked in, the staff at the front desk greeted us with warm smiles and made the check-in process so easy. They were incredibly kind and patient, which set a great tone for the entire visit.

The dental assistants in the back were equally amazing. They were so gentle and friendly with my child, making sure to explain everything in a way that was both fun and comforting. It was clear that they genuinely care about their patients.

Dr. Frazer was fantastic—thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure my child was comfortable and at ease throughout the exam. I really appreciated their gentle approach and expertise.

The check-out process was just as smooth as everything else. The staff there ensured we had all the information we needed for follow-up care and future appointments, and again, they were so polite and helpful.

Overall, this office truly goes above and beyond in patient care. I couldn't be happier with the experience and highly recommend them!

I've been coming here since my daughter was 2 1/2 and she's now 4. I love the efficiency of how the office moves starting when you walk through the door. If I think about it, it's the first doctor's office visit I've been at in my life where the wait is never long (as in less than 10 minutes and that's me reaching). My daughter always see Dana, the dental hygienist, who has a great manner with empathy and compassion when examining my daughter's teeth and Dr. Frazer who is always championing for my daughter's dental health while creating a plan that works best for her and pockets. See you guys in 2025!

I absolutely adore this dentistry. The staff is friendly. The facility is clean, and very much caters to the little ones they service, the doctors are so personable, patient, and gentle. I genuinely have not a single negative thing to say. Dr. Bates and Dr. Fraser are doing a great job. I highly recommend this pediatric dentistry.
