We love Pediatric Dentistry. The dentists and hygienists are awesome, and so are the ladies at the desk. You don't find that very often anymore where the medical staff and the office staff are great. The first visit, I went back with my son. They did a great job with him. The second time, he said "mom, I got this." I wasn't sure about it at first, but I know it's easier if I'm not back there. He did amazing. We've been going there for 2 years now, and we keep our regular 6 month checkups. My 2 year old daughter also just started going. They were so good with her. I highly recommend this group.

We took our 3 year old here for his first dental appointment and he loved it! I had already heard great things about this office, but they truly exceeded our expectations. Every worker that we came in contact with was just AWESOME! They are a blessing in that they make what could be an intimidating event for a child a fun and playful experience. Getting my 3 year old excited about brushing and flossing his teeth is a hard outcome to beat!! Plus my husband loved the waiting room as much as my son 😜

Highly recommend! My son has been going since he was 11 months old and he has always been well taken care of and cared about. Everyone is kind, personal, and friendly. The atmosphere is inviting and they not only make my son feel comfortable, but they make me feel comfortable as well. Looking forward to taking my daughter!

We have had nothing but issues out of this office. First my son had an allergic reaction to the nickel cap that was inserted to cover a filling. One of there dental assistants called me a liar and said I didn't know what I was talking about that it was not made out of nickel. I spoke to the doctor who confirmed it was made out of nickel. She continued to call me a liar so I walked out of the appointment. They swiped my card for an additional $200 for my other sone without my approval. I was in the process of get his insurance retroactive to that date of service. They called me yesterday to confirm his appointment just to cancel it. I have my Father take him since I have to work and they they said we'll we can't see him until paperwork is filed out. Even though nothing has changed since the last 6 months we were there. Don't go here unless you want them to give you a headache and call you a liar.

We just switched to Pediatric Dentistry from another local dentist...and I wish we had switched sooner! The staff is super friendly and made my two boys feel very comfortable during their visit. Both the dentist and dental hygienists explained what they were doing to my boys and followed up with more information for me. The place is very clean and inviting, decorated like a jungle. The boys love the TVs over each dentist chair as well as the treats they got after their cleanings! I highly recommend Pediatric Dentistry of Chattanooga and won't be taking our children anywhere else!!

We brought our two year old for her first dental visit and she loved it. The hygienist took a great deal of time and care to make her comfortable with the tools and show her around. By the time the dentist came in, her nervousness was gone and she laid down and let the dentist look and poke around in her mouth which we were very surprised about. The place is bright and cheery and staff is wonderful and friendly. My daughter also loved getting a Mickey toothbrush and getting to pick a toy out on her way out. Lots of thought and care here!

The staff is wonderful! They are so caring and kid friendly!!!! I could tell that my daughter's well-being was of up most importance. I was truly impressed with the attention that was given to my child. With Conscious Sedation and four teeth pulled, it was nice to have a dentist and staff that informed you every step of the way. As a parent, the reassurance was very nice. Thank you, Dr. Chad!

The office and staff are incredible! It is so inviting of children. The staff has done very well to explain healthy oral care in a way young kids can understand. Our toddler recognizes the office as we drive by and is genuinely excited to see them twice a year.
