Staff will take down all info, put you on hold for like 20 mins, then pick up like your a new person. All while telling you there going to get the doctor you need to speak with. The nurse will then come on the line to tell you the doctor is out of town. She will then state the doctor will call back but never does.

I guess they were too busy calling my husband since he's primary. No call to me though the one that actually called about my sons mental health. This office will lose paperwork/delay on submitting it. They will take sides illegally discriminating against you if you have joint custody with your ex they will not treat you like you do. They are very nosy at this office as well. I will be calling tomorrow to check yet again if they feel like doing their jobs correctly this time. They really never get it right...tho they try. Calling me last minute when my husband is already at the office telling Mr to call him and tell him to go to the other office cause yall double booked was the highlight of my year

Dr. Das is wonderful. My daughter is 18 and he has been her Dr. since birth. The only complaint I have is that it’s difficult to get an appointment and the front office staff has a nasty attitude.

Pediatric First has been my been caring for my kids for 17 years and they are exceptional. My children's visits have always been thurough and the staff is very informative. The doctors and nurses are kind and patient and show endless concern. My children have never been misdiagnosed nor have they ever been scared to visit Pediatric first even after getting their shots. Like I stated, our son has been a patient with them for almost 18 years and
we have a 4 year old and a 2 year old who will remain patients of Pediatric first until they're adults as well. Couldn't ask for a better Pediatric care provider team!

OMG The ONLY pediatrician that I COMPLETELY TRUST with my kids and now my grandson!! My oldest son (now 31 yrs old) was being seen by another pediatrician who said he had a hernia for 2weeks (age 2 at the time) and someone told me to immediately go see Dr.Das and I will never forget that day because he SAVED my son’s life!! Turned out my son was born with 3 separate kidneys and one wasn’t emptying all the way and he had developed gangrene and was in very bad shape!! Dr Das immediately diagnosed this n sent him to Atlanta’s children’s hospital for emergency surgery!! Like I said my son is now 31yrs old and doing great THANKS TO DR. DAS AND HIS WONDERFUL STAFF!! I absolutely love this place!!

I have been taking my kids to see Dr. Das since 2005 when I had my first son. I love the staff and and Doctors, my kids feel very comfortable coming here. I always get answers to all my questions and never felt like we didn't get the proper care. I would recommend Pediatric First to anyone. Thank you for being so great at what you do

My kids have always been seen by Dr. Das. He has been my daughters doctor since she was born and my son since age 1. They are teenagers now and still go there. He is a great pediatrician to take your kids too. I can call him or Kandi anytime I have something going on with my kids and they always help me. I have told several people to go to see him and have always been told he is good with kids. If you need a good pediatrician go see him.

Both of my children are patients of Pediatric First, one since she was around three months and the other since she was born. They have had a few people working for them, including a doctor, whom I did not care for or want treating my children. Those people are all gone. Dr. Das has years of experience that have made him level headed, but still stays current. Dr. Syed is a delight, and I have been very happy with her care since she began there. We have only a little experience with Dr. Singh, but she seems pleasant and knowledgeable. The CNPs are both very qualified and great with kids. While there was a period where I might have considered not recommending them - and I'm betting this period is where their less than positive reviews came from - now, I would gladly recommend them for any child.
