Dr. Penna and the girls at Penna Orthodontics are absolutely the amazing! From the moment I started my treatment with Invisalign to when I decided I wanted to switch to regular braces due to shift work and my want for coffee all the time, the entire team was always so positive and friendly. The office is always so neat and tidy. And I hate going to the dentist because I have very sensitive teeth, but Dr. Penna and his staff were a pleasure to visit each time I had to get an adjustment or just a check up. I am beyond happy with the way my teeth turned out I never thought I would have straight teeth and at the age of 36 I finally love my smile. Thank you all at Penna Orthodontics you guys are the best and Dr. Penna is the nicest Dentist I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting.

My son and I both got braces from Dr. Penna. He is amazing. We both enjoy going to see him and his staff is always efficient and very pleasant. Dr. Penna dropped everything one weekend when our son fell and broke his braces. We never wait, appointments are always on time and it has been the very best experience. At my age, with no prior problems with my teeth, I was very skeptical about getting braces, but Dr. Penna recommended Invisaline and I could not be more pleased. He even has his own rewards program for the kids to motivate them towards great oral hygiene, being on time, etc. He has thought of everything. We highly recommend Dr. Penna and feel fortunate to be in his care.

Im a current patient with Penna Orthodontics and I have to say over the time of my treatment, Penna and his staff have did a amazing job of outstanding professionalism, premium service and overall making me look great for my overall smile! I had a recent encounter where one of my wires had shifted from eating harder than usually bread! The wires on my bottom row of my teeth had started protruding, cutting the skin in my jaw. This can happen periodically with having orthodontic treatment as this treatment is know to shift the teeth. Well, i thought i would been able to wait for my monthly visit but the wire had cut the skin to the point where my jaw was feeling pain. Very discomforting for me to eat. So here I'am at work, on a Friday afternoon, in pain and Penna office closed by the time I get off at work at 8pm. I decided to go to Penna's official website and starting using the chat feature. I spoke with a very nice lady and told her my symptoms, hoping that i could schedule an emergency appointment for that following Monday even though I would be in pain for the whole weekend. The lady from the chat advised me to call the office number anyway and relay my symptoms. I thought she advised me to call to leave a pre recording message for the staff to hear on that following Monday. So I called, and the pre recorded message of the office being closed came on, and stated that if its a truly an emergency, to please call staff member Alicia. I called Alicia and told her everything that was going on and suprised that she said can I meet her at the office Saturday Morning! I was so amazed with overwhelming joy that the wires could get redshifted so I didn't have to be misery for the whole weekend! Alicia did a very good job and very quick to rectify the problem as if we were not even there. I'm highly recommending Penna Orthodontics, as the best Orthodontic treatment in Delaware hands down due to this emergency feature and stellar service. Words can not expressed how Penna and his staff made my day and weekend! Thank you Penna staff for all the hard work that you guys put in to make sure that we the customers, are just not looking great but feeling great as well!

I honestly can't wait to go back! The only thing nicer than the office itself is the staff who may very well be the nicest people on Earth. Dr. Penna is fantastic! He is easy to talk to and very personable. I'm getting Invisalign to correct my jaw problems and due to my age (25), my insurance won't cover anything... But! That doesn't effect my ability to get my ortho treatment necessary to live comfortably because Penna Orthodontics offers various payment plans for people in my situation! Oh! I can't forget to mention to the XBox Live consoles and Apple computers in the waiting room and complementary Tervis travel tumbler that I received on my way out. I never thought I'd be excited to go to the orthodontist but like I said -- I'm pumped for my next visit!

Run away from this dentist. My ortho treatment with Dr. Penna started in July, 2017 and was paid-in-full on day one for 'comprehensive full orthodontic treatment'. My ortho treatment with Dr. Penna was terminated after 11 months in June, 2018 when I received a letter from Dr. Penna's attorney. The comprehensive full orthodontic treatment was not completed by Dr. Penna. I was left with brackets and wire not removed, not even permitted to contact Dr. Penna's office to find reason for why treatment was terminated. If this happened to me it can happen to any other patient.
