My family have been coming to this dental office for years. We feel very comfortable with the treatment we received. Dr Shaw is very professional, considerate and reliable. The other dentists in the office. are also nice and competent. The office is managed well , staff are polite. The office is always super clean with high hygiene standards. I drive all the way out to Rancho from Anaheim because this is the best dentist I've ever experienced. They are honest, kind, patient, caring. When I moved away from the area in 2017, I started seeing a dentist in Anaheim. Every dentist I visited, I felt like the dentist was trying to take advantage of me; Reccomed procedures I don't need, over charge for procedures I do get, rush me, pressure me, etc. Not at Persona Dental. I know when I come here, I am going to be taken care of, treated respectfully and with grace, I'm going to receive fair and honest billing. And friendly and compassionate staff.

Recently visited the office for a major toothache. Front office receptionist Brenda was very helpful and fast moving in order to accomodate for the doctor to see me the same day. DR. Shaw very honest and very knowledgeable he was able to treat me for my toothache and was very detailed in ways to avoid and help out my tooth and mouth in General.
