Jenny has treated us (age 12-55) for things such as sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, a car accident, and chronic problems. Solid care taker Jenny is NOT. Jenny is more concerned about money then providing proper care for her patients. There are 2 parts to being a good physical therapist, 1) knowledge and 2) client care and communication. While Jenny has the knowledge she completely lacks in client care and communication. Don't think about asking her to repeat for you an excercise she had previosly given to you unless you want to pay for an entire session just to get a 15 second explanation. I had been a long term patient of Jennys. I had forgotten what one of the excercises was that she had given me. I called the office to request a quick reminded and was told NO, she will not do that unless you make an appointment. I did not need a full appointment so I called her assistant out on it. Two days later Jenny called me back, raked me over the coals, said I was disrespectful and that she would no longer treat me. When I tried to explain to her that there was absolutely no disrespect, rather I was in disbelief and thoroughly disappointed that she would not help a long term patient. She said that it was not up for discussion and hung up the phone. I highly recommend seeking an alternative physical therapist!

Took a family member to this office. The front office lady has no business being in the position she is. She hates people. She is rude. Very strong negative personality. Hates that she has to do her job. Making our next appointment with her was extremely unpleasant. You should hire someone with compassion. Someone that makes your patients fill welcome and relieved from the stress of having to go see a physical therapist. We are in enough pain and stress that having to deal with her makes no sense. So we will be going elsewhere.

2 things:
8 months ago, I twisted my ankle so bad that I couldn't walk on it. I was walking without pain the very next day when I left this office! I followed up with a couple more visits and that was it.

5 plus years ago, I tripped over luggage and down some steps terribly pulling a neck muscle. I have been to PT 3 different times for it since then. Now that I have gone to PT Plus I feel healed. I have been given strategies that work and have lasted. When I didn't want to do the painful work, Jennifer encouraged me to keep going.
