Loved this facility from the moment I walked in to the second I departed. This is the total package. Brand new structure with state of the art design details. Saw me the day I called. Great team. Dr Atoyebi and the nurse practitioners are very thorough, cheerful and efficient. Always make one feel better after a visit. All staff are welcoming and helpful.

I loved every moment of being in this facility. Registration staff was so nice and helpful, my doctor and nurse were amazing even the lady drawing my blood made the experience painless. I made a great choice choosing this place as my primary care facility

I am leaving a 1 star review because I recently had a sore throat and a 16 day fever. The NP barely did a physical exam on me and told me that she didn’t see anything in my throat. After getting a second opinion, I did in fact have white spots all in the back of my throat and extreme swelling in my neck (couldn’t have been missed had she done a true physical exam) and at my appointment she said she didn’t think I had mono and didn’t see the need to do a blood test for it. Well, turns out after getting a second opinion and doing full bloodwork I do have mono. Because of this + not taking my symptoms seriously and brushing me off I will no longer be a patient of this facility. The Dr here is really nice but I can’t trust coming somewhere with a NP that isn’t as thorough as the doctor. I have now found a different PCP that was able to figure out what was going on with me and actually listened to me and took my symptoms seriously.

I see all the one stars and I am not surprised. I was with Dr. Sharpe before he came to Piedmont and saw him a couple days before he retired. About 3 weeks after my visit I got a call from his nurse and said I needed to come in and redo my blood work because they lost it (and this is not the first time they lost my blood work) The blood work is the main reason I went that day. Then a couple days later I got a message saying something about having to make an appointment with another doctor since Dr. Sharpe retired. (I was just there and would have waited it I knew I would have to go back 3 weeks after the appointment) I immediately called back. waited a few days and called back. When I put my birthday in I was told I was not a patient. The only good thing about this office was Dr. Sharpe and now he has retired. The nurse that calls for him was always cold and callus. The place seems very disorganize with losing test results and making you come back in and retake them. I will say the front desk ladies are always nice and friendly. Like I said, I understand all the one star reviews they have gotten.

Got here and checked in with no problems. Waited to be called and they brought me here. Very clean, Dr. Veni took care of me and staff was absolutely great 👍
