I enjoyed going to the physical therapy session for my issue’s they treat you very well. I just started and they made me feel really comfortable. My therapist Kassidy was such a sweetheart she was very understanding about what my issue was and was able to knock it out in just a couple of sessions so far. I am very pleased. They have another therapist named John who is a sweet guy and very funny especially when he tries to make a basket with the linen. Overall I am extremely happy with the service I am receiving.

Kassidy is my therapist . She is very nice sweet and very professional. She can accurately diagnose my issues and set a customized plan for me. I fully recovered within couple sessions with effective practice guidelines. I am very appreciate all of service I received.

I found every professional to be warm, knowledgeable and supportive. My physical therapist did an excellent job of diagnosing the issues and building a program to increase my strength and mobility while reducing the swelling associated with my knee injury. This was my first extended experience with physical therapy and I was both surprised and pleased by my progress. This is a very comfortable facility to do rehab.

I returned to Pivot in October, 2021 to rehab my knee after having total left knee replacement surgery. My new physical therapist was excellent! She was knowledgeable, supportive, and persistent in helping me recover the necessary range of motion, strength and function. Although the work was difficult and, at times, painful, I very much appreciated Emily’s optimism, energy, sense of humor, and encouragement.

She knew exactly what to do, and helped me be able to recover much more quickly than my surgeon thought it would take! Her post operative therapy is helping me so much. I have been VERY happy with the staff at Pivot PT Folkstone location...from the receptionist to the Aides, and the Physical Therapists.

James is my main Therapist and he is really great at detecting problem areas, even before I told him...just through touch. I always feel better after my treatments from him...and recommend him HIGHLY.

Emily, Cassidy, and Mr. Dill aren't bad either.

I am very pleased with the staff and my progress. I fell & broke my hip on 08/27/22 & had complete hip replacement on 08/28/22. I have gone from being fearful that I may never fully recover to confident that I can not only fully recover, but improve my balance & overall strength too. I just started with Pivot last week and my progress has been unbelievable. I started physical therapy in the hospital and could not believe that they ask me to stand up, but they did & I did. From the hospital I went to Manor Care thinking that in house physical therapy would give me the best results possible - I was wrong. So glad that I found Pivot!

Pivot makes physical therapy easy and enjoyable. The Foulkstone location is convenient and in a very comfortable and professional setting. My physical therapist John is careful to give me what I can handle or add more activity when I am ready. He is warm, encouraging and concerned with getting me back to my exercise regime. John has the patience to show me how to improve my form in the most friendliest way. I look forward to my sessions with John each visit as pain-free time as he goes the extra mile to train and make me feel better.
