I’m so pleased with the results of my physical therapy! When I walked in for my first session, I could not move my shoulder/arm. The pain was severe. I really thought I had lost the use of my arm for good. It took a while but my arm is fully functional now and I’m no longer in pain. I owe this to the wonderful staff at Pivot in Midway! Everyone there was motivating, kind and fun! Thank you. You really made a difference in my life!

Meant to make this a month ago. But the staff is incredible. I had Greg and Vincent and I couldn't have been happier with how they've handled my issues. I got severe problems but the schedule of exercises and things they've taught me I just couldn't be happier with how was I treated.

This staff is amazing. Everyone really cares about your program and progress. Vinnie and Ilene are incredible. They check in on you whether or not you are scheduled with them. They are so knowledgeable and really want to make sure your program is right in the center and at home. And Shawn makes sure you know your program and is so pleasant to all his clients. When you are in pain and feel hopeless this staff will give you hope. Living in pain is awful. Hope is amazing. Thanks to this amazing staff.

On my first time visit, I arrived nervous, in pain, experiencing extreme dizziness and did not know what to expect. I soon became surrounded by a fabulous professional team of therapist who immediately made me feel welcomed and focused on my treatment on a daily basis. I started at Pivot Physical Therapy at the suggestion of my doctor. I had already had some physical therapy for my knee pain and she suggested that I try a different place. Boy, was she ever on target! My initial evaluation was with Gregg and although I had been through physical therapy many times before, for my knee as well as for other conditions, I had never had such a thorough evaluation.
I started my 3x/week appointments and right from the first treatment appointment, I was impressed with the knowledge of everyone who worked there, as well as the care and attention I received. I liked their system of having the trainees showing me and guiding me through my exercises and then having Gregg or one of the other therapists work with me.
I really wasn’t sure that I would feel better, but week by week I would wake up in the morning and my knee wouldn’t hurt as much. It was hard to believe, but I was feeling better and better!
I want to thank everyone who works at this Pivot location for their caring and helpfulness, as well as their professionalism. They are a very busy place, but have the time to personalize each patient’s treatment with conversation, expertise, and fun.
And I’m grateful to all who helped me get better. Thank you, Pivot!

Great Physical Therapy facility.
I saw an improvement within a short period of time. I've had issues for a long time and didn't want to have to rely on prescription medications to help. The staff works together as a team and will help out wherever assistance is needed. The physical therapists in the Kirkwood Highway location are all knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive.
