Had to get an emergency extraction basically, had severe, unbearable toothache that had been going on for days. Most dental offices don’t have an oral surgeon or dentists that will perform extractions or root canals on site. This place offered 24/7 phone calls, I was able to make an appt before they were open, then went in and got an extraction. Very smooth and fast operation compared to the other couple of places I’ve been to.

I had an emergency before a wedding. My partial fell out so I called them and they were able to take me in early in the morning. They took care of my eye tooth. They were very nice, very gentle, very kind. The staff was very friendly. I thank them very much, and I would highly recommend them. And my wife allowed me to smile for pictures...lol

I was able to get a same day appointment immediately for an emergency. The staff is kind and professional, and you can tell they actually care about their patients. They go above and beyond. They offer different kinds of payment plans, and I was able to take care of everything through Cherry (like CareCredit). I highly recommend. I'll be coming here for all of my dental needs moving forward. They really did make it a pleasant experience.

The Dentist was fine. I saw him once during my exam.

I had an appointment at 10:00am, and filled out my information online before arriving.

I was sitting in the lobby for 40 minutes before being seen for X-rays. i had a cavity on my front tooth, and then a minor tiny little cavity in the other one.

My regular dentist was busy and I was trying to get work done prior to going on an international trip for 2 weeks

KENZIE STAGGERS the treatment coordinator came to me with a treatment plan, and after discussing It and thinking about some of the issues that may arise with doing both, they aren’t my regular dentist and it seems so minor, as I can’t see it well on the X-ray or the camera, I want only the large cavity filled and I will return to my regular dentist when I get back.

She says the dentist won’t do it. I asked to speak to the dentist about my issue. She went, said she “spoke to the dentist” and he didn’t want to. I asked why. she said liability, for a tooth they wouldn’t touch. she wouldn’t let me see the dentist when I asked. When I asked why, she said it was because I “questioned him”. I saw the dentist for maybe 1 minute maximum

she kept telling me how i need to do what the doctor said or he wouldn’t treat me. When I asked ”I’d like to see the doctor so we can discuss my procedure“ she said no, and then asked if I really thought all that was a good idea after this disagreement, as if the doctor would somehow intentionally botch my treatment because I “questioned him” idk what she was trying to imply, but that’s how I took it.

I don’t know if that’s actually a reflection on DR Steele, or on her, who was lying to me. But regardless it wasn’t awesome.

after back and forth I left, they left me out in the cold with a problem with my tooth the day before I’m to fly out to the Middle East for work, because I only wanted 1 tooth filled instead of 2.

I don’t know if it was greed or incompetence or a combination of both, but needless to say, I was not happy.

Shoutout to my regular dentist Dr Greenmun, he was all booked up last minute and that’s no fault on him, he’s a busy guy and a great dentist. 11/10 and if you’re local, Please Please honor him with your bussiness.

Shoutout also to Above the gate Dental Care. They fit me in, and are treating me right!
