We have LOVED Dr Alvarado and ALL the staff at Plymouth Orthodontics. She is sweet, soft spoken, excellent w children, explains everything very clearly and is straight forward w treatment plans.
They always got us right in for appointments. We never waited.
Just finished up 2 yrs of treatment and my daughter's teeth look gorgeous.
Much of the work is up to the patient once the braces are on. If she follows the treatment plan and goes to appointments, results will fantastic. So grateful for Dr Alvarado and her practice.

THE BEST!! Plymouth Orthodontic has been absolutely amazing from the first set of braces to the last. We have 6 kids currently in braces (2 getting them off today!)!and they are extremely accommodating to schedules. With flexible payment options, they are well worth the money. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The office is always spotlessly clean! They live to celebrate the kids which is really nice too. We recommend them to everyone!

Dr. Alvarado is amazing. She is so knowledgeable and incredibly sweet. She truly cares about each of her patients. My daughter loves her and always feels comfortable with her. We’re happy to go back for my son when he’s ready for braces!

Dr. Karla Alvarado and her staff are welcoming from the moment you step in the door. The reception area is well set up for refreshments and we loved that there was a jigsaw puzzle area which kept my kids entertained. The healthy snack basket helped too! Dr. Alvarado was really professional and kind and reassuring to my kids and took her time detailing every aspect of their visit. I would highly recommend. The Dr. and her staff are really quite wonderful.

Dr. Alvarado and the staff at Plymouth Orthodontics are truly amazing! Since our very first office visit, my nervous nelly of a daughter felt comfortable with Dr.Alvarado, which was a huge relief. The office is clean with state of the art equipment and the decor is bright and cheery. Our appointments are never rushed, always thorough...and my daughters teeth are looking great!
