I have called twice over the last few years and the representative unprompted made snide remarks to me. This last time, he told me that's what I get for buying xyz, I said hey that was very uncalled for i am just looking for a solution, and he said tough you can't afford it you get what you get. Brought my business to st. Amant muffler instead, they are polite and honest.

Terrible service. Truck was here for 2-1/2 months,said one thing was fixed but my truck wouldn’t start anymore. Went got my truck finally got it started. Turns out they put it in theft mode. And the main reason it was sent there wasn’t even fixed. Hate to say it but I wouldn’t bring my bicycle to these clowns again. Make sure yall have a trailer to pick your vehicle back up. Even if you drove it there

Brought my 2018 Ford F-150 in for transmission trouble after the Ford dealership told me I needed a new transmission. I called Powertrain for a second opinion and they knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. PowerTrain was able to fix the issue, and it was exactly what they said it was.These guys are more knowledgeable, trustworthy, and more competent than any Ford dealership/ mechanic shop around this area in my opinion. Highly, highly recommend.

My wife’s 2009 Toyota Land Cruiser needed the transmission rebuilt at 289,075 miles. I had repair done back in May of this year and everything has been problem free! Making transmissions great again!
Update: 6 months later & TLC now has 305k

These guys saved me over $2000. All star ford misdiagnosed the problems I was having. It’s definitely a breath of fresh air to find mechanics/shop that shoot straight with me and save me a couple of grand!!

The transmission on my 2018 Ford F-250 FX4 Diesel went out completely…wouldn’t go forward or backwards. I towed it to Powertrain Specialists and dropped it off after hours, using their after hours drop box for my keys which made it convenient! It did take them a few weeks to start on diagnosing, and repairs, but I expected as much because of the vehicles lined up before me. Once the work was started, I feel that they completed the repairs in a very timely manner. Someone from Powertrain did stay in contact with me with any progress that was made, as well as informing me on what had happened to break as well. The techs did an excellent job with my transmission rebuild, and my truck operates better than before my break down! The owner went above and beyond by knocking more costs off of the parts and repair than what was originally quoted to me as well, which I was very thankful for! Definitely a very knowledgeable staff, and would bring my truck back again in the future if I ever have any transmission related issues! Highly recommend!!!

8/19/20 I don't even want to give ONE star. Husband called them days ago, gave them his info, & made an appt to go in @ 8am this morning to leave his car for work. We drive 30 mins from our house (it takes my hubby more stamina to do that now, in cancer recovery). Get there and Steve (?) flippantly says, "Nah..too busy..I can't do it for another couple of days." So we take our time to drive quite a distance there, to give you OUR business & THAT'S how you treat us? So I called back.. I said, "Listen, let me explain my hubby's situation. It was not right how you handled this. Why didn't you just call us?" He was not even apologetic to me. Kept repeating "things were out of my control"..and then, after I told him it WAS in his control to call and let us know ahead of time; that we could've delayed the visit/work...HE JUST HUNG UP. That's fine, sir..I will post this, along with all your OTHER negative reviews, far & wide. #RUDE #BADBUSINESS
