I recently visited Gina Keller, the nurse practitioner at Dr. Briglevich’s office, due to severe kidney pain. My initial urine lab showed the presence of white blood cells and blood in my urine, but I was told to wait 2-3 days for the urinalysis results before starting treatment and was advised to "go to the ER" if my symptoms worsened.

When my symptoms worsened the next day, I called back, and Dr. Briglevich promptly prescribed medication while waiting for the lab results. However, when the final results came back (3 days later), showing concerning findings such as elevated blood, white blood cells, protein, and hyaline casts, my concerns about potential kidney issues were downplayed during a follow-up call with Gina Keller.

I had to push for stronger medication to address my concerns, and while Gina did eventually prescribe it during the call, I was still charged for a second visit just to discuss the abnormal test results.

I left feeling that my health concerns were not taken seriously, especially given the potential risks to my kidneys. I hope this office improves its responsiveness and communication with patients experiencing urgent symptoms and abnormal test results.

Prana Review:
Painful and Frustrating experience trying to get MRI imaging. It’s been 3 months since an Achilles tear. Insurance co. denies request for imaging, notifies the doctor, and I do NOT get notice from my Dr. nor do I receive return phone calls when I leave a VM. Instead, I find out from the imaging office that the request has been denied the days of my appts, which were scheduled weeks in advance. The lack of timely follow-up and the lack of follow-through I’ve experienced in these 3 mos. of delay has been physically and financially painful. I do not recommend.

Dr. Briglevich has been our family doctor for over 30 years. She is an excellent, caring doctor and communicates with her patients, answers any questions or concerns you may have. She was my mother's doctor and she lived to be over 100 years old.

Dr. Rose Briglevich was very unprofessional. The first thing she did was complain about the low compensation from my insurance company; she said I was lucky she was willing to see me at all. She said if I wouldn't listen to her and get a flu shot and every other shot she recommends every year, she didn't want me as a patient. I guess she compensates for low insurance payouts with Big Pharma kickbacks.

Dr. Angela Griffin and the professional staff at Prana Primary Care were courteous, competent, and importantly, good listeners. My visit was pleasant, and at the precise hour of my appt. No cooling my heels in the impeccable waiting room. The soothing music and fall visuals in the lounge were relaxing.
The staff recognizes that one has a bevy of choices in health care, and they work hard to insure a good visit.

Visiting or calling the office, the staff is very friendly and responsive. It’s quite a calm, private and relaxed environment. Overall I recommend this office to anyone looking for a great PCP!
