Precision Physical Therapy is a great place for my mobility needs. The Therapists are very knowledgeable and welcoming. I have improved so much in a short amount of time . The office staff is very helpful in scheduling, etc,… The facility itself is clean and organized. I really also appreciate them having a “Non Fragrance policy”, as many of us have allergies. I recently used Precision PT for arm pain that prevented me from sleeping at night, and Heather in Scotts Valley released the tightness in my shoulder and I was a lot better in just a few days. She has a caring spirit, and is working with me to prevent future injury in my arm and back, and helping me have better body mechanics. Previously, I have used Precision for back pain, and everyone was professional and helpful. Thank you.

I have received excellent, responsive care from 2 different PT’s at Precision; Andy and Kristina but must add that this well managed, committed care likely goes through the whole team so would feel comfortable if I ever needed PT again that I would be in excellent hands.

I went to Precision Physical Therapy after my recent knee replacement surgery. They were terrific! I was able to attend a class with others recovering from knee surgery. This was a great way to gauge progress and receive encouragement. The class taught us to strengthen certain muscle groups in order to recover fully from the surgery. I'll go back when I have my other knee surgery in the near future!

I have never had physical therapy before so I didn’t know what to expect. The office staff was professional and helpful. The workout room was clean and well equipped. A big shout out to Merrie. She really was educational and helpful.

Precision PT (Scotts Valley) has renewed my faith in PT. After dealing with PT's that did nothing more than hand out sheets of instructions and ice, it was so nice to arrive here where they listen, instruct, and stay with you to make sure every exercise is done correctly and that all are done safely. Austin Steed has helped me tremendousy. He assessed my progress every appointment and continues to give me more exercises to do, which i greatly appreciated. What i love the best is that Austin and the staff here are extremely positive, they are tuned in to their patients and remain professional and caring. A great plus is being able to have your excercises available on an app. This has been fantastic! A wonderful experience during painful times.
