Now if you’re reading this review you now know the wait will be long. If you don’t like that don’t come here but if you’re willing to wait to see a doctor that hears your concerns, writes down your concerns every time and will do the necessary paperwork every time so that you can be in charge of your health, feel heard AND be seen by any doctor or multiple doctors you need for your health or preventive care come here. Of course make sure those doctors are covered and within your approved health insurance plan.

Every two days after my appointment from seeing her my referrals are in the system and I know it takes at least 24 hours for the referral to show up in the system. Only once did I need to wait 3 total days for my referral to reflect in the Tricare system. I’ve had minimal issues and only needed to call the office back once to have something updated that was specifically requested by the doctor I was sent too.

If you have Tricare and want to see a certain specialist or other particular doctor you can use the portal to see a list of providers in network. You can print the page that has their name and address and have it with you when you walk in. The system is old and takes some trial and error with the search tool but it is worth it if you know where you want to go.

The front office helps her a lot but they are not certified to do nearly half the things she as the doctor has to do. She completes a lot of paperwork after each patient leaves for their appointment which is why the wait is so long.

She is one of the few who are committed to her vow. And she deserves a thank you.

Been here 3x not impressed at all! I left two messages about blood pressure medicine that I supposed to been on and yet to have received a call back within three days. I end up going to the hospital because I laid in bed for two days with a bad migraine and chest pains due to doctor not giving me blood pressure medicine. The prescription she called in I already take for other reasons and it’s in my chart so idk why she would call me in medicine I already take unless she was not paying attention. I already went two weeks with high blood pressure in stroke zone with proof from others doctors I have seen u would think they will get back to u in timely matter like other doctor office but they don’t other doctor office say give them to the next business day to resolve issues or complete request but with them it takes days. I will be going to another medicine doctor to get the help I need. Before I die of a stroke!

Update as of Feb 11th it’s now the following week and still no call back from the office/doctor about my blood pressure medicine lol stay far away from these ppl office

I really really tried to give this clinic a chance, and even kindly told them that if they couldn’t simply answer the phone and keep my important daily medications filled, that I would have to go elsewhere. Unfortunately, they do not seem to have the knowledge of how to run a business. It’s impossible to stay here as a patient. The wait was always extremely long, the provider came in very stressed each time, and I always felt like I was burdening them by being there with medical needs. They seem like very very kind people, but they are extremely burned out, and should not be running a clinic with patients that depend on medications to function. I really do wish them well, but I hope she goes to work under another doctor who can manage the business side of things, so she can put more time into connecting with her patients.

Josette has been my 3 boys doctor since elementary school. They all 3 love her and so do i!!! They are now 23,19,17. She always trys to find what I call the "old school" methods AND ALWAYS CURES WHATEVER ailment is going on! I would and HAVE traveled to another office if need be to continue under her care!! Just trust me and go for yourself!! If she can deal with me,she can deal with anyone or anything !❤️

I’m so grateful for Dr. Josette and her staff. I’m a very difficult patient due to my medical needs and her patience to ensure I was satisfied without going to the ER, Was just outstanding. She literally pulled all the stops out to ensure my medical need was met and I was feeling better before I left. I am very grateful for the patience, tact and efforts that was put into my care and it means the world to me and my family as a lifelong struggle. It’s a great feeling to know that there’s a medical team that will see about you and is willing to go the extra miles with Grace. My last few visits were great. The staff was attentive and kind. But I’m catching hell getting my much needed prescription refills authorized. I’ve never experienced this before. I work 3 hours away and when I come home to Villa Rica I use that time to pick up my prescriptions from the pharmacy. Because I have to struggle to get a prescription filled through this office I’m going days up to weeks without medication because they won’t authorize the prescription to be refilled. I’ve called multiple times and given a promise that the refill will be taken care of, only to call the pharmacy to find out no one contacted them. Today I was told that maybe I needed a follow up appointment. How would I know this unless I’m notified? Why allow a patient to go without their medicine when they can send a email, text, call to let them know? This is unacceptable. Now I’m looking at previous reviews and apparently I’m not the only patient that’s has this problem with this office.

My wife and I had a awesome experience on our recent visit to the facility. From the moment we entered, the receptionist was very friendly and professional. Dr. Josette and her staff provided exceptional care and we left the facility feeling extremely satisfied with the quality level of care we received. I highly recommend Premier care family medicine.

I became a patient in April of this year. I thought this woman was absolutely fabulous, she seemed so genuine wanting to help compassionate. But after that you call and you call and you call and you leave messages after messages after messages and no one ever seems to return your phone call. I have been trying for two months between emails and phone calls and I can’t get anyone to return my phone call. I just received a bill for $277 I have been trying to reach them and let them know that my insurance company would gladly pay for it but all they need is a W9 from the office . No you would think if you wanted to get paid you would comply with that but I can’t seem to even get an answer when I try to reach them no matter what time of the day it is. I am just about out of medication and I need refills and of course GuessWhat can’t get anyone to answer you . So unfortunately I don’t recommend us physician because she and the office staff are completely unreliable and inconsiderate
