The staff here are all amazing!! I saw Jay, and he was great! I had vertigo and it was mostly better after one session and then we worked on some peripheral contributing factors that have also been super helpful. Everyone at the front desk are so lovely and helpful. Everyone genuinely cares about the patients. I've been shopping for a car while coming here and everyone remembered and asked about it regularly. A lovely environment to be in. Highly recommend!!

I was staying in St. Augustine Beach for August and September of this year and needed to continue therapy started in NY for lower back pain due to arthritis. After reading reviews about Jay and his team at the A1A office, I decided to give them a try. My experience with them was wonderful. Everyone in the office made me feel welcome and comfortable. Jay Adams is an extremely knowledgeable and truly caring professional. He was thorough in identifying where the pain was and how it was impacting my quality of life. He then designed a program of exercises to target those issues. He continually observed to be sure that I was doing the exercises correctly in order to gain the most benefit from them. After two months, I felt so much better and returned to NY with a set of exercises to continue on my own. I highly recommend this first class group!

I have been going to Premier Physical Therapy in St Augustine three times a week for about a month now and they have truly worked miracles! Excellent experience with James Adams, PR, DPT who is very knowledgeable and works with you to identify issues and prescribe the best physical therapy treatment for your needs and abilities. He explains the treatment and provides compassionate care to help in pinpointing problem areas. He is continuously evaluating how your body responds to different therapies and stretching motions. Dr. J (James Adams, PT,DPT) and staff provide an environment that is professional while still keeping it friendly and comfortable. Premier Physical Therapy St Augustine is seriously the best of the very best!!! Thank You!!!

I was vacationing south of St. Augustine for a month. I found Premier PT nearby and scheduled therapy in order to continue rehabilitation of my rotator cuff following surgery. J and Kelly are a terrific team in providing a comfortable and supportive environment to promote healing. J is a knowledgeable and flexible physical therapist. He pushed and encouraged me on my exercises but was very careful not to push me too far. I advanced in my healing and greatly enjoyed my sessions. When I returned home, my surgeon was very pleased with my progress, stating I'm ahead of where he expected me to be. I would highly recommend J for physical therapy with Kelly to welcome you in the door. I would definitely go back if I had a need.

I had great care at Premier. The staff was amazing and they really helped me improve my pain from an ankle sprain. They also gave me exercises to continue to improve mobility. Highly recommend this office for any physical therapy.

I can’t express in words how Jay Adams at Premier made a difference for me.
When I showed up at the office, I hobbled in with a terrible case of sciatica following a pulled back muscle — I needed a cane, but didn’t have one.
When I left an hour later, I bounded out. I was ready to go rock climbing!
Seriously though, after four visits in four days this week, I am ACTUALLY cured, fixed, ready to roll!
I don’t know what kind of magic they’re doing over there, but it sure saved me!

Good physical therapy results. Kim is very good at her job and gave me excellent advice on which exercise to do at home. If necessary I would return for more therapy. When entering the facility, you are always “welcomed” with a smiling Krystina.
