My family Dr referred me to "Premier" and after 2 weeks, they called me to tell me that they were working on "next month's schedule and we will call you in a couple of days to schedule once we can determine availability". They called me 4 days later and said exactly the same thing and then told ME to call my insurance to verify if they were in network. They never called me again, and I decided not to waste my time. Avoid this place at all costs - seems like they have NO CLUE how to operate their facility and are definitely not "Premier".

Dr Fusco and her staff are excellent. She performed emergency gallbladder surgery on me and she also repaired a hernia and did an amazing job! I am no longer in pain and I felt very well taken care of throughout the process. I would recommend her to all of my family and friends if ever needed.

Beware we received a notice that we needed to pay this provider but it was not itemized or did it have billing codes. It just said turn it into our insurance company. I reached out many times and was only able to leave a voicemail and nobody ever returned my call. Now they turned us over to collections. By law, they should have sent us an itemized bill or ask us for our insurance information. We would have gladly paid it. Even Skyridge Hospital told us we didn't need to pay this provider. My husband never had surgery so a bill coming from a surgeons office was suspect.

I recently had surgery with Dr. Rebecca Deal and I can say with tremendous enthusiasm that it was made a supremely positive experience because of how kind, helpful, and professional everyone was. They seem to care deeply for their patients and take take the necessary time to make sure the patient feels safe, cared for, and informed.

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr Phan and his team from Premier Surgeons - at the end of July 2022, I was suffering extreme abdominal pain for nearly a week before I finally drove into the emergency room at Sky Ridge Medical Center. I quickly learned that I had a ruptured appendix, and would need to go into surgery immediately.

I was blessed with Dr Phan as my surgeon - he explained to me exactly what we were likely looking at, he successfully removed the ruptured appendix and cleaned the surrounding organs, and he quite literally saved my life in the process.

After the procedure, he stopped by my room in the hospital to check on me every day, which really helped to keep me on the right path pertaining to my recovery.

Several weeks after the procedure, I had some blood work done with my primary care physician. I did not hear from my PCP's office until more than 24 hours after the blood work was done, I received a voicemail from them stating that their office was already closed, but that there were concerns, and that they wanted me to come in for more testing ASAP. The MA (medical assistant) that left the voicemail was off the next day, so I called my PCP's office at 8am, 10am, and 12pm that day, and all 3 times I was told that no one was available to speak with me.

I called again at 3:45pm and stated that I would not get off the phone until I could speak with my PCP or his medical assistant (MA). I was then informed that my PCP was on vacation for the next week, his MA was off that day, that no one there could help me, and was advised to call my surgeon immediately.

I called Dr. Phan's office and was able to get in touch with him, we reviewed my blood work together, I explained that I was having abdominal pain again, and Dr Phan urged me to get back into the ER immediately.

Thank goodness he was willing to speak with me when my now previous PCP's office would not tell me anything - I had multiple abscesses in my lower abdomen, and had I waited any longer I could have gone septic, which would have been life threatening.

I am extraordinarily grateful to have met a surgeon that was willing to respond and to help me, when my now previous doctor's office simply could not be bothered to pick up the phone - Dr Phan is a phenomenal surgeon, and an even better person.

Thank you very much sir, my family and I are eternally grateful, we will never forget all that you have done for me.

In May of 2021 our daughter was transferred to Littleton Adventist Hospital from Castle Rock Adventist after an accident which caused a concussion with a brain bleed. Littleton Adventist is in network with Centura, however Premier Emergency Surgeons PC had four Physicians attend our daughter, that were not in network, Not only did these Physicians receive the negotiated rate, but they requested, and received multiple appeals from United Healthcare for almost $3,000 higher than they were already paid. United Healthcare indicated that we should not pay this. After almost two years Premier turned this over to collections to receive a much higher amount than what was negotiated.
