Leslie and Kaitlyn are incredible. I called them looking for care for my daughter who was colicky and for myself postpartum due to heaviness and discomfort after birth. Within a couple sessions with Leslie for my daughter, I felt like I got a brand new baby, no more colic (my daughter also had a lip/tongue tie procedure and chiropractic care so I feel it was a mix of all that helped her)! As for myself, I had approximately 9 sessions with Kaitlyn. I was very desperate when I came in and Kaitlyn listened and set out a plan right away for us and got to work. At every session, I felt stronger in my pelvic floor. I can confidently say my pelvic floor is now as strong as it was pre-babies. And I’m glad I have the knowledge now to continue exercises to maintain my pelvic floor strength. I am so very thankful for Leslie and Kaitlyn! Highly recommend.

Where to even begin. I learned about Prenatal Postnatal Therapy through social media. It was suggested to me to find a place that offered it and their ad popped up. I reached out about a discovery call, and within a day or two I heard back from them and was setting up my first appointment.
I came to prenatal postnatal therapy after having my second child, ( both very close in age at only 21 months apart) because I was experiencing round ligament pain, pelvic discomfort during certain activities, and some pretty serious low back/hip pain.
Dr Kaitlyn worked with me on a plan of action and immediately I felt heard and understood on the problems I was having. She did many different hands on things, cupping being my absolute favorite; and taught me exercises I could do to strengthen my body. The biggest thing was learning how to really be more mindful about engaging my core, which I don’t even think I knew I wasn’t doing before but it had made a world of difference in my day to day life. I am beyond happy with how much better I feel after completing a program with Dr Kaitlyn. I genuinely think it has not only improved my body but also my mood and mindset because I’m no longer restricted by pain. I will absolutely be visiting Prenatal Postnatal Therapy again in the future, especially should I have another pregnancy journey. I believe this type of therapy should become an automatic part of the care mothers receive both prenatal and postnatal. I cannot recommend these services enough.

Both Leslie and Kaitlyn are wonderful, caring women. I came to their office to help with my pelvic floor 14 years postpartum because I couldn't be active the way I wanted to be. As a runner, I suffered from having a weak pelvic floor and with sciatica. With Dr. Kaitlyn Smith's guidance, I am able to run with confidence and pain/numbness free. She taught me have to breath and engage my core when needed through a whole range of exercises and giving pointers like increasing my cadence to reduce stress on my body. She looks at your whole body and lifestyle, working on sciatica issues as well with coordinating exercises and stretches to heal completely. I will use what she has taught me for the rest of my life.

I had a great experience working with Dr. Kaitlyn throughout my second pregnancy. During my first pregnancy, I had terrible hip pain when I had to start sleeping on my side. I had to switch sides constantly throughout the night. My first birth went fine on paper and everyone was healthy. But this time I wanted to be in control and learn how to work with my body during labor and delivery.

My hips felt so much better this second pregnancy. Dr. Kaitlyn worked with me on different exercises and stretches that I did before going to bed. I slept so much better, even into the last couple weeks.

Labor and delivery went very well, and we prepared for it. My husband came with me to a session, and Dr. Kaitlyn walked us through different labor positions for all the situations that might come up. My labor actually stalled once we got to the hospital. But I had the knowledge to get it back on track.

My recovery was like night and day compared to the first. After my first birth, I left the hospital in a wheelchair and didn’t leave the couch for over a week. This time, I had less tearing and I walked out of the hospital when we left. At home I felt good and actually wanted to be up and around.

Dr. Kaitlyn worked with me on pelvic floor strength during my postpartum period. I feel like I am able to focus on rebuilding my core the right way as I get back to being more active.

I had a great experience working with Dr. Kaitlyn Smith while pregnant and post-partum. She is kind and extremely knowledgeable. She takes the time to understand your symptoms and concerns and really makes sure you understand the exercises and education given. I would highly recommend any pregnant or post-partum moms to work with Dr. Kaitlyn for any pelvic floor needs during these times!

I came to prenatal postnatal therapy after dealing with hip pain for the past 14 years. Within one treatment, I was already feeling much better. They did some cupping, dry needling, and provided therapy exercises to follow up with at home. I am now pain free for the most part and able to go on long walks and play with grandchildren. They have totally changed my quality of life. I would highly recommend them to anyone..

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Prenatal Postnatal Therapy! Dr. Kaitlyn Smith and Dr. Leslie Kramer have played an incredible role in both my prenatal journey for birth and my recovery postpartum. When I was pregnant with my son 3 years ago, I struggled with pelvic pain and prenatal depression. Between lockdowns from the pandemic and lack of knowledge with it being my first pregnancy, I didn’t know what to expect and my options to prepare for birth were limited. I had a few complications postpartum and put too much pressure on myself by expecting my body to be able to just pick everything back up like I had pre-pregnancy once that ✨magical✨ 6 week mark rolled around. When I became pregnant again, I knew I wanted this experience to be different.

After several recommendations from girlfriends in the area, I knew Prenatal Postnatal Therapy was the place for me - I mean, the focus of what I needed was right in the name! The care and attention they provided me in the weeks leading up to birth paid off - our daughter was breach and we were able to help her move into position before labor, I was able to progress labor by practicing different positions and pelvic breathing, and I had less tearing and a significantly better recovery process. My postpartum appointments have helped me get back to working out with modifications as I continue to strengthen my pelvic floor. I was grateful to be able to bring my baby along to my appointments where Dr. Leslie worked on her while Dr. Kaitlyn worked on me. The patience and loving care they provide is incredible and I’m forever grateful for how they’ve helped me.

Pelvic floor care deserves a spotlight in women’s health, and I will forever share that just because certain pain is common doesn’t mean it’s normal. I highly recommend them!

I started seeing Dr. Kaitlyn after the birth of my first baby. She was able to address one of my issues within minutes of our first session. She is professional, patient and full of knowledge. My only regret is not seeing her during pregnancy as well!
Dr. Leslie is also amazing and was helpful throughout my PP journey as well. Highly recommend PPT!
