I am beyond frustrated with this primary care office. Every time I call, I’m left on hold for an absurd amount of time only to be met with confusion and empty promises. The staff has continuously given me the runaround about my husbands prior authorization, offering conflicting information and even flat-out lies about the status.

To make matters worse, my husband STILL hasn’t had his prescriptions sent to the pharmacy, despite multiple calls and reminders. We costed this office December 20th .. This level of neglect is unacceptable, especially when it comes to managing people’s health. Patients should not have to chase down their own healthcare needs because of inefficiency and dishonesty.

The lack of communication, accountability, and basic follow-through is alarming. If you care about your health and sanity, I strongly suggest finding a more competent and reliable office. This place is a DISASTER .

I would like to sincerely thank the staff here! From the check-in process, triage, through the actual visit. The young lady at the front desk was amazingly patient with me and my baby, with it being our first time there.

Demonya (? Spelling) was very professional and gentle with my sweet baby girl! Dr. AD was AMAZING!!! He immediately recognized the need to change my daughter’s treatment plan from a previous doctor, get her on a new antibiotic and get her on the road to recovery!

I was very anxious and worried about my child, but the staff here quickly eased my fears! I can say as a nursing professional for more than 2 decades, this is the best Urgent Care I’ve witnessed, as either staff or patient.

I will definitely start seeing Dr. AD as a PCP as well as being my daughters along for medical needs in the future.

I made a visit in December still haven’t gotten my results. The ones I did get I was supposed to receive a call to explain them to me since I’m not a doctor and never received the call. Was even prescribed Medicine I’m allergic too and it was on my new patient form I had just filled out. SMH

Dr. Ade is the MAN!! In and out. I came in a nervous wreck because my one and only child was having an allergic reaction..Scared me so bad. Dr. Ade was calm and assuring. I automatically calmed down because the man knows what he's talking about. And the receptionist *chefs kiss* he listened to me in a panic and was calm and respectful when he could have hung up. Truly grateful for this place!! God bless!!

Never answers phone, I had to go up.there just to remind v th er m.to.send my prescription to.the pharmacy like they said they would. Only prescribes 2 months of meds to get you back in the office.

Very pleasant staff, quick and efficient service. Listened to all of my concerns, took their time and made me feel important… will definitely continue to utilize them as a primary provider!!!
