Absolutely the worst office staff I've ever experienced in my life. Don't expect to be treated with any kind of respect by the office staff especially Diana. She is the worst. Rude, continuously interrupted me as I was trying to speak. Said that she would "educate the Dr. on the process" and literally hung up on me. I called her back to ask why she hung up and she claimed that she thought our conversation was over. I said most professionals end a phone with a proper "good bye." The Dr. I see is amazing but the staff are completely unprofessional and have no regard for respecting others. There is no reason why a simple question that I had needed to turn into such a negative experience.

Dr Deno is an amazing internal medicine physician!!! She is outstanding in her skill, knowledge, discernment and care She is truly the BEST. The office staff in the US1 office from the office manager to all front office personnel are in my experience rude, unprofessional, uncaring, vindictive, spiteful and nasty. In my experience and in conversation with other patients in the waiting room the front office personnel back each other up making it seem like you are lying when in fact they make invalid accusations and the others back them up. This front office staff is a disservice to Dr Deno and her nursing staff who are wonderful compassionate and efficient professionals.

Unfortunately the office staff at this location lacks the ability to empathize, sympathize, understand and have compassion for their clients. They will discuss information with you in front of the whole office while other clients are able to hear. The communication amongst themselves alone is not professional. You will be told one thing by one staff and something totally different by another. Therefore when you seek to clarify this information, you are looked at as if you're the one lying or making up stories. Dr Deno on the other hand is wonderful. She is patient, understanding and will treat you as an individual without any preconceived notions or conclusions depending on your diagnosis. If you are looking for good customer service and understanding from an office staff, this is NOT the place to go. Dr Deno is the ONLY reason why I deal with the treatment there. I hope your experience is better.

My daughter was never actually able to see a provider because they refused to accept the PDF of her insurance card directly from the website. The office staff is horrible at the Stuart South location. When I expressed that I would like my daughter to be seen even as a self pay that day because she needed to establish care and speak to someone about anxiety, the office manager said, “We don’t have no one giving out anxiety meds here. Send her to a psychiatrist.”
Last time I checked I hadn’t mentioned meds, AND office managers are not qualified to dole out medical advice. I immediately cancelled all appointments and transferred to a PCP who will actually help.
AVOID THIS PRACTICE AT ALL COSTS.

Dr.Deno is the best!!! Her office is a professional streamlined operation. Her support staff are caring and very compassionate. I feel like I am visiting family rather than being there for an appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Deno to everyone. I can say with out any reservations she is the absolute best Doctor on the Treasure Coast and South Florida.

The office staff is incompetent, unprofessional, and completely lacking in compassion for patients. They care only about money and not your health, and if you owe any back fees, they will refuse you admission until you pay in full. They will not even consider payment plans. What's worse, the medical staff will NOT back you up if you have a financial dispute, no matter how urgently you need care. I have lodged an official complaint against this business and registered with a new doctor. Do not use this office if you can find better. In all the other practices I visit, the doctor decides who may be seen, not the office manager.

Did I mention that they consistently fail to submit prescriptions and referrals correctly in timely fashion, you have to wait unreasonable lengths of time for a dismissive five-minute checkup, the lobby is crowded and messy and lacks proper air conditioning...?

The attention a patient gets is terrible. From trying to get a prescription that is lost between them and the pharmacist to the doctors that see. My mother had an unpleasant experience with One of the doctors. When my mom had a weird episode that required to go to the hospital we then followed up with our primary dr. At the follow up we waited for an hour to see her. Then in the meeting the dr proceeded to hurry us up. As in when describing her what happened she signaled with her Gad to move on or hurry up. Some bed side manner they taught her in mes school. The lack of empathy and attentiveness desires for your primary care is awful.

The doctors in this practice are great, but if you like to be treated like a loser or some dead beat, be sure to acquaint yourself with the staff. Especially Diana who is supposed to be the office manager. Why any professional office or establishment would employee such mean, rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and a disgrace to the title "management" is way beyond me. Be WARNED, THE STAFF DOESN'T CARE IF YOU'RE BLEEDING OUT IN THEIR LOBBY UNLESS IT'S YOUR TURN AND YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. SADLY, THEY GIVE THE DOCTORS A BAD NAME.
