It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor !! I came in today because I need medical forms completed that were required for school. Within the first 5 minutes of him being there, he starts asking me about a surgery that happened months ago. The only reason he knows about this surgery is because I had wrote it down on the new patient parents that were handed to me. I give him my papers , He takes one look at the papers and says that he can’t complete them. He says that I should be the one to complete them and then proceeds to tell me that he will be putting down that I came for allergies and then takes me to the checkout window. Me completely confused with that statement, I ask the nurse what is the doctor charging my insurance with. And she states that he’s charging the insurance with talking about my medical history and allergies and recommending me with allergy medicine!!! I don’t even have allergies!!! So I ask to speak with him again and he makes me wait 20 minutes and starts saying that in order to charge the insurance for his time he has to have a reason for my appointment since he didn’t help me with my school papers. He then proceeds to interrupt me every time I tried to speak and then says if i have a problem of him charging my insurance of falsely claims then they will simply charging me $120 for the appointment!! Shortly after says I have wasted 15 more minutes of his time needing clarification and that he will charge me for that as well !! Don’t waste your time coming here !!

I really like Dr Syed and his staff. They are very kind and friendly. Diane at the front desk is so very nice! I have been to several doctors and I am glad I found them.

Generally, the receptionist location should be open area to the customer (patient) to ask questions. This location has a non see-through glass and a sign stating not to touch the glass. If you are needing questions, best of luck. 2nd concern, the staff are very rude and unprofessional in my experience. Personally, i completed an annual physical on 04/2023. I have not received any call backs, not a letter relating to blood work. Nothing, but a bill. Dr Syed is very professional, no issue there.

Long time patient this used to be a good office not anymore.
Refused to fill a RX unless I paid a $140 Medicare copay for a $5.00 RX. Already had an office visit this year so this should have not been an issue they just wanted the money. I left several messages and no call back or anything.

Shame on this office just awful I will go elsewhere.

I have been a patient for 20 years as my mother before me and Dr Syed also took care of my elderly grandmother. He’s such a nice man with excellent bedside manner! I recommend anyone with health issues to seek out his expertise. Thank you to the staff also, very professional and courteous. I love them all! Highly recommended

Worst practice I've ever been to! I have worked in the medical field for over 13 years ND have never experienced such unprofessionalism! The nurse told me about her affair with a married man and the "nurse practitioner " came in without introducing herself was VERY rude and walked out cursing at me!!!

They were very kind to me today. As a newly insured person in Ga (technically January 1st...but Covid) I have struggled to find a place where I can express, after 5 years of being uninsured, how much is going on with me. Thank you for allowing me to “ramble” and thank you for being so kind. It can be very frustrating for practices at this time to manage patients, and I never felt as if my concerns were not heard or that I was being unfairly treated. Thank you all for your kindness. Many blessings to you. Most times, people just want to be heard, and in my personal instance, for a practice to help me form a plan to remedy my issues. I felt all of the former today!😊
