I have always received good care from the Doctors and Specialists I have visited in the Primary Medical Group. My primary, Dr. Nicole Kehoe, is no longer a Primary Medical Group doctor. She is now at Valley Oak Family Practice in Ojai. Dr Nicolas Dejong, Pa-C is the new doctor at the Santa Paula location.

I recently moved to Ventura county from LA and needed to find a new primary doctor. Dr West was recommended by my friend and I found him very knowledgeable. He has a great “bedside” manner and made me feel very relaxed. He was very patient with me telling him about some of my medical history and answering my questions. Based on my medical history he put together a plan for me and I will see him again in a month to proceed. I am looking forward to having Dr West as my new primary doctor. His office was clean and well taken care of. His staff were very nice and helpful.

Dr. Kehoe is the best! She has been one of the best doctors ever, along with her Medical Assistant, Lorena. Very knowledgeable. I always look forward to going to my appointments. Friendly staff, nice and clean environment…She listens and will follow up with a phone call, if needed. Never in a hurry. Best of all I get to see Dr. Kehoe. ❤️

I had never been to the Santa Paula Offices and I was so impressed with the staff’s friendliness. They were polite and very helpful. The receptionist was very professional and the person who assisted was excellent. I thought Dr West was exceptional. I was there for a pre op medical exam. Once that was completed he noted other things that needed to be addressed from looking at my chart. In my experience with most doctors, they only deal with what you came in for. Rarely do they take the time to review your medical history or discuss other issues. Dr. West was very pleasant and thorough. I will definitely come back to see him even though there are other offices closer to my home in Oxnard.

Dr. Kehoe has been my primary doctor for the past couple of years and she has been my favorite by far. She is the kindest doctor that I have ever had, she makes me feel comfortable and heard whenever I have an appointment with her. She is very knowledgeable and amazing at what she does!

I am thrilled with the level of care I have received by Dr West at Primary Medical Group. Dr West is friendly, kind and I felt he truly listened to me. In my follow up he has been extremely thorough. It is the first time I've felt like a doctor really cares about my wellbeing and is going to follow through until I am 100%. In addition, every staff person I have met is so warm, friendly and helpful. I live in Ventura but will continue to drive to Santa Paula for this medical office!

We are so grateful we found Dr. Kehoe! She is our pediatrician for our little gal... And she is extremely caring and knowledgeable. She is open to discussing options which are best for our family and is very supportive in the decisions we make. We found Dr. Kehoe when our baby had COVID at 6 weeks old... And she went above and beyond to make sure our baby was safe. We feel very lucky to have such a wonderful and caring doctor for our baby!
