My take from my first visit is that Doctor Patel is very nice, doesn’t make you feel rushed and that he listens/ addresses concerns. The pre-office paperwork seems like a lot, but it’s like that anywhere and it helps the visit go more smoothly. Don’t let that deter you. My appointment was at 330, but I didn’t see the doctor until closer to 4. That being said, I feel like that’s because he will take as much time as needed with his patients. He never made me feel rushed and I felt very welcome and comfortable. So far, I would definitely recommend!

This is a great office! I came in town to visiting and ended up getting sick. I called and got help same day. When I came in everyone from front desk, clinical support, and clinical staff are amazing. I was educated on so much and grateful for all their assistance. I was able to be helped immediately with iv hydration. The staff was so efficient doing all the requests of Whitney. Whitney is so kind and understanding. She listened and asked so many great questions. I learned so much and I definitely want to come back to explore their spa benefits. I wish I lived here as I would love to have this as my home pcp.

I cannot rave enough about Dr.Kharod and her entire staff. They have continued to treat my 2yr old son with many allergies and skin issues with so much kindness and care. Having my son tell my husband “the Doctors were really nice” after an appointment makes my mama heart so happy. I highly recommend Dr.Kharod to anyone seeking a Dr who will really listen to your concerns and answer any questions without judgement or condescending remarks. I wish she could be our doctor for everything! We love this office <3

Dr. Kharod and her staff were wonderful and amazing with my 8 year old daughter. She was very nervous about having to get antibiotic allergy testing done, but Dr. Kharod and Lily eased her worries and made the experience a good, stress free and at some points a fun experience for her. 5 stars all day long!

Dr. Kharod is a phenomenal allergy specialist. I was having some serious issues with my skin and wasn't sure why. I researched and came upon Prime Care, after only two weeks my skin issues are being managed appropriately. I highly recommend Dr. Kharod and Dr. Patel.
