I set a consultation around 2 months out, a week or two further out than the soonest available. I specified I was flying in from out of state for this consultation as well. I was then called four weeks before to be told they needed to reschedule because the doctor had scheduled personal time off for that day.

I would be understanding if I was told there was an emergency of some kind, but that's not what I was told. I was just told he had scheduled time off. Typically, emergencies don't tend to be scheduled a month out, and celebrations/milestones are usually able to be more planned out more than that to avoid this. So I have no choice but to lose money on flight costs and renegotiate my own PTO for what I can only assume is a vacation day.

If I can't trust Prime Plastic Surgery to respect my time, then I certainly can't trust them with my body and my goals. I am astounded and feel completely disrespected at how nonchalantly I was asked to reschedule my consultation after specifying so much during booking. As a result, I cannot recommend consulting with this practice.

Team Prime are excellent. From reception to Medical Assistants, to nurses, to Dr. Chao (Wonderful bedside manner) - All professional and knowledgeable. I did my research and chose Dr. Chao based on his resume, he did not disappoint. Besides the excellent work he did, he's attuned to pain and discomfort and makes sure your anxiety is near zero. Shout out to Bryce for keeping my appointments, pre/post op tasks, and follow ups managed. 👍

I’ve had the most Wonderful experience with Prime Plastic Surgery! I am a former patient of Dr. Pousti of 12 years ago so when I found out he had retired I was nervous to find a new plastic surgeon. I was pleasantly surprised to find out a good amount of the Body By Pousti team had stayed on staff with Prime Plastic Surgery so I knew I would be in Great hands! Dr. Chao is Amazing! Dr. Chao was the best surgeon I could’ve ever asked to work with. I trusted him fully with my surgery and my results are amazing.
