As a long-term patient, I have enjoyed the a level of professional service unequalled in my life. From front desk personnel, hygienists, dentist, and other office positions. They show you a level of care and respect rarely experienced in 2025. Everyone has a smile and very nice persona. This is my dental office and should be yours too. From the minute, you walk into the front door, you are made to feel welcome and greeted kindly and professionally. Kelly was my hygienist that day and I absolutely loved her... very personable and professional. Since I've been going to Princeton Dental over the last few years, I don't mind going every six months where used to be a drudgery to go. Dr. Price is the best as well. No regrets ever going. They lay out your treatment plan and you already know what you're going to be paying so there are no surprises at the checkout .

Terrible Experience—Hygienist beware. Avoid Princeton Dental!

I was hired to help out at Princeton Dental when their hygienist was unavailable, only to be treated like an unwelcome intruder. From start to finish, the experience was a nightmare. Here's what happened:

Unpaid Work: I worked prior to opening, setting up, reviewing patient charts, stocking the room, and providing the help they clearly needed, yet they turned around and refused to pay me. This is not only unethical but completely unacceptable.
Rude and Snarky Staff: Every single employee I encountered was unfriendly, unhelpful, and downright accusatory, despite me being there to help them. Their attitude was more fitting for an angry middle-aged Karen convention than a professional dental office.
Unprofessional Environment: The treatment rooms weren’t even stocked properly, making it impossible to work efficiently. It was evident why their regular hygienist was out—or quit. The toxic work culture was palpable.
Patients Deserve Better: Ironically, the patients were the only ones who left happy. I gave them my best despite the horrible environment, and it’s clear they deserve better care than this office provides.
Princeton Dental is an unprofessional, unfriendly, and disorganized practice that doesn’t value the people who step in to help them during their time of need. To anyone considering working with or for them: don’t waste your time.

Unfortunately, and regretfully, all respect went into the toilet with the decision not to pay. At the end of the day, a simple expression of gratitude and proper compensation for the help provided would have gone a long way.

I have been waiting for my new patient cleaning app for months!! When I came in and told them I was pregnant they did not want to see me because they couldn't get a set of x-rays on me. I filled my paperwork online, so they were aware of my pregnancy from the medical form I filled out. As a hygienist of 20 years, I have never experienced this. We always welcomed pregnant patients, yes even if they are new to the office, and accommodated them. I can't imagine rejecting a patient based on their medical condition!! Not to mention, I have no issues so I don't see why x-rays couldn't wait till after I had the baby. I went through all the trouble of finding this office, scheduling the appointments for my husband and I, and finding a sitter for our son, only to come and be rejected because the doctor was " uncomfortable." How disappointing! This feels like discrimination to me, because I was rejected because of my pregnancy status.

Love this practice! Dr Price and Brandie, my hygienist, are super-friendly, very knowledgeable and thorough. They aren't looking to find "things that aren't there", but if you have issues, they can take care of you!

We love Princeton Dental! The front office staff and pediatric team are top tier. My son actually loves coming! The pediatric team is so patient and makes being at the dentist not so scary!

Staff were very friendly as I was greeted upon entering and quickly taken to the back for my appointment. Everyone including the hygienist, the dentist, receptionist and billing were all very professional and took time to either explain procedures or answer questions. Great bedside manners! I love it here!
