After moving to a new state I was lucky enough to find a great physician that made me feel comfortable and heard. I have never had any good experiences with different doctors until now. The girls here are so amazing and very welcoming! I saw Victoria for my esthetics services and started my treatment plan for glowing skin! And I also saw Marissa who is so informative and honest with you about your needs. Definitely recommend making a visit to see these ladies!

Marissa and her staff are wonderful! One of the first medical providers to actually take the time to listen to my issues and try to resolve them without quickly writing a script and going through the normal motions. She is always available when you have questions and makes sure everything discussed is understood. She actually takes the time to make you feel like you and your issues are important. Out of 5 stars I’d give her 10!

So contrary to my previous review. I jumped the gun for a chance at an incentive. For posting a review, offered by the office. However, after 3 months with this provider, I change my views. I am kicking myself, for singing their praises previously. I have been NOTHING BUT TRANSPARENT with this provider. Struggles and all while still needing to reach my health goals. I attempted to call to let them know I would be a few late to my appointment due to traffic. I got no answer.(call time is screenshotted, since one of the front desk personal basically called me a liar) I reached the office, stood in the lobby for more than 7 mins ( counted on my watch) said hello several times. No one came to the front desk. I then proceeded to have to knock on the door to the medical rooms to get someone to come to the door. She then asked my name, I told her and then
she turned and told "my provider" its one of your patients.. a few seconds later kelsey came to the front desk, apologizing for not being up there and speaking on something else in the back. She told me I completley missed my appointment and would have to reschedule. ( Mind you I had been in the front with no one at the desk for 7 mins.) I said ok chose to reschedule she said that was fine. So we did. I left.
, sat in the parking lot for about 5 mins thinking, and then went back in and canceled. She adked me for another time? I said all together and said this is becomming to much on me, I wont be back. NEVER, not once, was it mentioned Id be charged a late fee, or a no show fee. I was in the office. I called back, and was given an attitude out of this world, and border line belittled. All I can say is spend your money else where. The shady way this practice goes about charging people is absurd, and they have no remorse or care. I will make sure to make everyone in pooler and surrounding areas aware of that now. Especially being since ive recommended a few of their new patients. Absolutley bumbfounded on how I was treated with this establishment.
