I've had several root canal procedures with Dr. Janacek, starting at the New London office. He and his assistants take care to lay out the particular steps to ensure patient's understanding, provide reasonable comfort and follow up on the patient's recovery and healing. I NEVER GIVE REVIEWS but I will make an exception for this. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life including broken bones, surgeries, and dental implants. Over priced gouging 5k for 45 minutes of work, Tylenol for pain after scraping my jawbone with a chisel, by the way here’s my personal phone number that I don’t monitor if you need to use it. Horrible, horrific, arrogance, extremely over priced. A prime example of exorbitant medical costs passed on to consumers.

Outstanding! Loved the Dr. and staff. Very professional, kind and friendly. A big shout out to Dr. Janicek. He mad me feel so comfortable with the procedure, explained every step while doing it and has a great personality. Has to best bed side manner ever! So if you have to have a root canal, and are nervous about it, he's the MD to go too.

Front desk receptionists, assistant, along with the Dr. Janicek were all amazing! Very informative, kind, and well mannered. Dentist visits can be unpleasant but they make you feel extremely comfortable.

Amazing staff, location and service!
I just had my root canal done today and the Dentist and his staff were all super friendly and informative. This was not my first one, however it was my first one with ProEndo! I would say If anyone is afraid or has fear of seeing a Dentist, go here! They’re phenomenal and caring!
