The staff was welcoming (thanks Juliet and Erica), and Dr. Branch took the time to listen to my skin concerns and offer treatment options that best fit my busy schedule- 2x monthly injection instead of daily treatment. I left feeling reassured and confident in the plan. Overall, a smooth and comfortable visit. Would definitely recommend!

The doctors and nurses are pretty spot on and efficient. Have had numerous hiccups with phone receptionists and attitude. Overall the process is straight forward unless dealing with young girls. Overall the practice isn't bad.

This was the worst experience my son and I have ever had with a dermatologist. Dr. Reed made us both feel incredibly uncomfortable and like it was a burden for her to be seeing us. She was unprofessional, tried to push the extreme route on us, offered us little explanation, wrote my son prescriptions with no directions, and made up her own interpretation of our conversations on her doctors notes. I contacted the office about 5 minutes after we left to to voice my concerns and never received a call back. I finally called them about 2 weeks later and was promised a call back from Dr. Branch. It has been 3 weeks and he still has not called me. What a disappointment.

By far the best doctor I’ve ever had. Dr. Sean Branch has very good knowledge and is confident on what he is talking about. One time I was in a rough financial state and he allowed me to send him a picture of what I was going through and diagnose and prescribe medicine over the phone without being charged a visit. The staff are all so nice. He is always on time with appointments. I will for sure keep coming to him. He also explains everything very well. He treated my cystic acne with years and years of struggling. I 100% trust his and his assistants work.
