So grateful to all the staff that assisted in my brothers recovery. Always was greeted with such kindness and love. We know that sometimes patients give staff a hard time, and you they prevail with so much patience and caring. A Big thanks to all workers at Pruitt. You are the best. You surpass all of your challenges on a daily and sometimes stressful situations. A Big Hug.

My Mother’s stay at Pruitt Ocilla has been a good experience. The staff has been kind and attentive to her, especially Kendra, Amanda, Greta, all the PT staff, and many others whose names have left me. I realize it isn’t always easy for them given the amount of care they have to give each and every resident, not to mention having to deal with patients family dynamics. So I appreciate each and every one of them for doing what they can to help my mother get back on her feet so she can go home.

My Grandpa was here for rehab. They're so nice! The CNAs kept him clean and shaved. Therapy worked with him to reach his goals of being able to walk agian. Even though he was unable to walk again, they helped him reach his highest potential. The kitchen would send him his little extra requests. His nurses would call and give us updates on his blood work or when the doctors changed something. My personal favorite was when they got my grandpa up, and they dressed him from head to toe. Shoes and all, even putting his favorite blanket on his lap. They respected his dignity and his rights.

My sisters sink in her bathroom has been in the floor for over a month now. Pruitt has not attempted to fix it. This is unacceptable.
They take good care of her, I just wish they would wash her hair with some water every now and then.

My mom gets great care. The building is clean. The only issue I have is that when we use the call button, it takes a while sometimes for the CNAs to respond, but I realize that they have more residents than my mom and her two roommates to take care of. They do seem appreciative when I help them out with my mom though
