I usually don’t leave reviews, but I take my little sister here and we weren’t able to make it to 2 appointments , the 1st time for her birthday party and the 2nd time because our car broke down , we let them know ahead of time and all they would say is I’ll call you back and never heard back , we tried making another appointment and they had a big attitude and told me to wait in the lobby , we waited for close to an hour and finally someone came up and said we can’t attend you anymore . We tried to get hold of her therapist but they kept canceling and saying we’re not gonna attend you. They made us wait for an hour just to blow us off with no explanation . The attitude from the staff should be checked . WARNING to the parents thinking about bringing your child here .

Without going into detail about my recovery, let it suffice to say my knee replacement surgery has been an absolute nightmare. When I started my therapy here I had very low expectations about their ability to help. I could not have been more wrong. The entire team treated me as if I was their only patient. I’ve finished my first round of therapy and for the first time in 3 months I have hope of gaining full use of my leg. Elizabeth and Emily were focused and patient. Always encouraging and supportive. As I begin my second round of therapy, I have hope that this supremely qualified team of professionals will provide the best possible treatment. We’ll done,

Dianna is adorable she has such a sweet phone voice and is very kind and professional.
I worked with Doug and Hayley. They are great and kind. They both explain things and use models and photos to explain howyour body isn't working like it should be and how to fix what is wrong They are gentle and kind and funny we were laughing and having a great time. I love them and recommend to them to anyone who has a need for PT

Ms. Chloe is AMAZING!!! Other staff is helpful and very nice! My baby goes there twice a week and she has made big progress. I would definitely recommend this place.
