I can’t say enough positive and wonderful things about the staff, the PT’s and the overall experience at PT Solutions. They were friendly, thoughtful, helpful and overall super nice human beings. I spent a year going to PT for a knee surgery and hit 100 visits. Every time I went in they greeted me with a friendly kind vibe. All the Physical Therapist are super knowledgeable and if they had questions about a condition or progress, they’d figure it out or consult one another. It truly felt like a family vibe there. In terms of insurance they were very transparent about cost and worked with patients to understand if there was any questions. Thank you all!

PT Solutions in Decatur is an excellent therapy group! We’ve been working with the therapists for 6 or 7 years and trust them completely. My daughter and I have worked with them through many injuries and recovery after broken bones. The therapists are all kind, knowledgeable, effective and all around great people. They always take into account our goals and needs. They listen and are understanding. The push us to the level we can tolerate individually so that we improve steadily and are happy to continue. They are the only group we’ll go to for PT and so grateful for the years of excellent service in a fun environment. Thanks, John Michael, Phillip, and all who’ve helped us over the years! I've been going for shoulder/rotator problem once a week for over three months, and have definitely gotten better. Staff is excellent: friendly and very knowledgeable about musculature. They work together well -- the whole vibe is positive, including the assistants and scheduling/payment staff. It's not a fancy place; it's low-key and down-to-earth, which I really like. Absolutely glad I chose PT Solutions and the Decatur location!

Just returned from an evaluation with my surgeon. He was amazed at how ahead I am in my recovery. All thanks to PT Solutions in Decatur!! What a remarkable team! My personal experience is mostly working with Cole, Phillip, Noel and Annie - all exceptional. The ever-smiling front desk team is elite. John Michael and his entire staff are top notch. 5 stars! The space was bright, clean, and inviting. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the overall team culture felt very positive. I worked with Phillip, who was knowledgeable, patient, kind, motivating, and nonjudgmental—consistently and all at the same time. After almost 3 months, I left in better health and happy that I’d made the decision to go in the first place. So yes, 5 stars!

My daughter has worked with Phillip at PT Solutions Decatur location on many occasions, post knee surgery and for support and rehab from various soccer injuries. Each time, he has been exceptionally professional, engaging, thoughtful, creative and compassionate. He has pushed her, but been patient and worked to meet her exactly where she was in the process. His communication and flexibility are impeccable and he consistently thinks outside of the box to get the most out of each session and keep her coming back! All of the staff are warm, welcoming and friendly and the other patients are, too! It’s just a wonderful environment overall, and makes a less than ideal situation much more manageable. We are so thankful to have this facility in such a convenient location, but even if it wasn’t, we would happily travel to have this level of excellence in care!

Amazing facility and even better staff. Everyone is friendly and you can tell eager to help. I worked with a few different therapists while there for almost 12 months and they were all very attentive and helpful. Phillip Kellogg I worked with 95% of the time and he changed my mind on physical therapy As a fitness expert and gym owner for 20 years I always dismissed PT as an unnecessary component of recovery. It wasn’t until I was forced into 3 surgeries in 8 months that I realized how much PT is needed for a solid, and quick recovery. It truly is a necessary component to recovery and even longevity. I am now recovered from “all” injuries but still try to visit weekly and find myself doing the things I was taught 3-4x a week. Trust me you need this place.
