The work I've done at PT solutions changed my life. I've had long-standing back issue (10+ years, originating from a basketball injury) which I've accommodated over the years but never dealt with directly. It would flare up every time I played basketball and eventually the pain would subside, but the time-to-heal went from days, to weeks, then finally, to over a month.

Being unable to walk more than a few steps without a sharp 9/10 pain in my low back, with almost no improvement after several weeks, was one of the scariest things I've ever had to deal with. I count my blessings that the surgeon told me I didn't seem like I needed surgery, that I found PT solutions, and that right around this time, I became a first time dad. My daughter was the motivation I needed to fully commit to the slow and painstaking PT process.

Despite a non-linear recovery with a couple of really bad flare ups, over the past few months, I've become nearly pain-free, regained mobility that I haven't had in years, been able to do all of my day to day activities, and most recently, continued to progress at PT with deadlifts, jogging, and jumping , something which was unthinkable to me 6 months ago.

All the staff at the Jonquil location have been great, and I've gotten to know pretty much all of them over the past year (Wrane, Jamie, June, TJ), but I have to give a special shout out to Michela, who I've worked most closely with. Her approach is highly empathetic and personalized. She pushes me in every session. She reassures me when my pain goes up. She pays attention to my form and corrects it when necessary. She is the best of the best.

Highly recommend PT solutions Jonquil to anyone in need of physical therapy. It's not quick or easy, but it's definitely worth it.

I’ve had issues with my lower back for years and finally decided to get physical therapy for it. I was referred to PT Solutions at Jonquil and have had an incredibly positive experience.

The location is easy to find, scheduling is flexible, and the facility is spacious. Most importantly the staff there is just fantastic. I was primarily helped by Jaimi and Michaela and they are just the nicest people. They are kind, knowledgeable, and really listen. I can’t say enough good things about them. The positive energy among the entire staff there is contagious.

They helped me address my lower back issue to where it’s never been stronger. They also taught me exercises I can replicate at home, where I will be continuing my fitness journey to make sure I stay strong as I age. I really can’t recommend this place enough, and I know where I’ll go if I ever need PT again.

I cannot say enough good things about PT Solutions located on Atlanta Road in Smyrna. I have gone to PT over the years and I have never had such an excellent program of strength building as I am now receiving from Michela, a young PT here.The rest of the staff are extremely nice and helpful as well. The facility is so well taken care of, and it is extremely clean. I am very pleased that I am getting treated here. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a top notch PT experience.

It took me awhile to finally get around to writing a review but nothing but good things to say about the Jonquil location and the team there! I started going around March 2023 due to breaking my ankle (surgery, 2 metal plates and 12 screws later) and would be still going if my insurance would cover it. I went 30 times and wish I could have done more! The whole team is great but I mainly worked with Chelsey and Wrane, who were fantastic. They both listened to my concerns, were easy on me when needed but also pushed me to do more when I was holding back because I was mentally scared. They both explained things in ways that made sense and I felt involved in my progress. The visits weren't always "easy" but I always enjoyed my time, the conversations and would leave feeling great. Definitely recommend!

You can’t go wrong with having Wrane, Chelsea, and Jaimi help you get back to being physically comfortable with your body after being in pain from any incident (mine was a car accident). I absolutely 100% recommend physical therapy and this location, amazing team that listens to your needs and helps you get back in shape for your daily life activities. I am now comfortable to go to the gym again and I am taking the knowledge they installed in me and using it to keep myself healthy! Thank you so much for everything.
