About 1 month ago, I completed rehab on my neck/shoulder area from a recent surgery area that was causing me minor discomfort and a lack of range of motion. My surgeon referred me to PT Solutions in Ponte Vedra Beach and I'm so glad he did. The Physical Therapist assigned to me was a young lady named Megan Forgacs. Megan was excellent!! Along with a great personality, Megan was very professional and very knowledgeable when it came to the course of action she wanted to take to alleviate my problem. The long and short of it was after 3 months, I am back to my former self! Everything about PT Solutions was great. The facility has plenty of equipment with which to work and the reception staff ( thanks Melissa) make you feel like family as soon as you begin your journey. Again, thank you PT Solutions for what you did for me! And thank you ever so much Megan. You are AWESOME!! And yes Megan, I am still excellent for everyday of the week!

I had knee surgery to repair a severed quadriceps from my patella. Apparently a pretty significant injury that required a professional, knowledgeable and skilled physical rehabilitation person/facility. I have known Matt S., for a long time from previous injuries and surgeries and was determined to have him help me with my rehab and recovery. Needless to say, I think he is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and skilled physical therapist that I have known. Rehab went exceptionally well and I credit him and his entire staff for my positive recovery and outcome. There was also a young man who was interning (Mitchell) at PT Solutions, which I worked with and was very impressed with his knowledge, skills and professionalism. The entire staff as PT Solutions/PV is First Class. Everyone from the front desk to the Therapist were all personable, professional and a joy to work with. I would highly recommend this facility.

I have been going to PT solutions for rehabilitation for a meniscus tear and have received exceptional attention. I have been working with Mike and he is thorough and understanding and helps keep me encouraged and motivated while working in the office and also for my at home work. The whole team is friendly and caring and good at what they do. Love working with this team!

I just completed my rehab from my hip replacement surgery. I saw Megan 3 times a week for 8 weeks. Megan was very patient with me as I went through the different stages of rehab to regain strength and mobility in my hip. I am so happy with my results and loved having Megan as my PT. PT Solutions is a wonderful facility for anyone needing and kind of PT. The staff was so welcoming and professional.

I had such an amazing experience here! After badly fracturing my arm/shoulder and having surgery, I had a long road to regaining my range of motion. Matt and Danny and the whole team were so knowledgable, attentive, and caring while they worked with me to build strength and heal. I actually started to look forward to my appointments as it felt like going in to visit a group of my friends. Everything that a quality Physical Therapy organization should be. Attentive to the specific needs of each patient. Most importantly having one on one interviews every time that I arrived to assess how the treatment plan was progressing. Matt Serlo would make appropriate changes to help me through to a successful outcome. The office is well staffed, clean and pleasant to go to. The staff is professional but also approachable taking an interest in my success. I have and will continue to recommend PT Solutions-Ponte Vedra and Matt Serlo and staff to family and friends.
