Wow, what an outstanding experience. I was asked appropriate questions relating to my issues. I was given a thoughtfully constructed plan to help. Everyone there was wonderful at communicating and answering all my questions. Best physical therapy folks I have ever had and I've had quite a few good personnel to work with. They are fabulous!

Everyone is very friendly. They care about the patients welfare and actually want them to improve even though it means losing them as a patient .

Joseph and Katie are great. What makes this place unique is the atmosphere. It’s fun and they take an untraditional approach to care. During my consult, I was asked what my goals were. They tailored my care to help me meet those goals. A month after spinal fusion and I’m back in the gym doing things I love. Thanks to PT solutions and the awesome Dr. that knocked out the surgery.

After two years of chronic pain in my lower left quadrant and all test and labs being clear and major anxiety due to symptoms, my primary doctor referred me to PT Solutions. Lisa called to make my appointment on the very same day I was referred and even got in that same week. She was really kind and comforting setting up my appointment. I had my first appointment with Katie and on my way home, I felt something I hadn't in a very long time...HOPE! After so long, I finally had an answer - my psoas muscle. She is compassionate and has a charism that made me look forward to driving from Tifton to Valdosta twice a week. She's very enthusiastic and genuine with her praise. Joseph is great too! He's very knowledgeable and easy-going and I found myself listening and learning from him even when I wasn't working with him directly. Lisa and Andrew are both always on standby to jump in and lend a hand when needed. The office is both clean and professional. The atmosphere is laid back and dare I say, almost fun. I would highly recommend Katie or Joseph to ANYONE looking for a great physical therapist.

I'm not really sure what to say about my experience at PT Solutions other than it was fantastic. The staff is phenomenal, period the end. They pushed me when I needed it and celebrated my successes big and small. I would definitely recommend and if I ever need PT again I would without a doubt go back to them. I've been to two other PT clinics locally so I was prepared to be disappointed. I could NOT have been wronger. I would have given them 5 stars just for the work they succeeded at with my shoulder. But they were also super friendly, very efficient and thoroughly professional. Joseph and Lisa show that they care about doing the best job while at the same time caring about their clients. And again, they succeed! Well done, y'all!!
