The older Asian gentleman that took my blood and urine was extremely rude, passive aggressive, and childish. I asked several times for water to help provide a urine sample and each time he would bring me about 3 oz of water and then would make rude comments about taking too long and tried several times to get me to leave and come back another day. Like most people with a job, I cannot just come back whenever I feel like it and I simply asked for more water and just to wait in the waiting room but he kept telling me to go home and come back. I ended up standing in the hallway for over 30 minutes and every single other technician was very polite and understanding, but not him. He clearly thinks he’s smart and can get away with his cute comments. Incredibly unprofessional and childish.

I went here for blood work and just as they were getting to my appointment, the entire staff decided they're leaving early and walked out. I'm severely disabled and it took all day to prepare me for getting there. I called to complain but management only made excuses for them. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. The people are also rude. Even the medical people downstairs who are not affiliated with this company were telling me all about how rude they are in general.

Normally, very nice and always accommodating to Diabetic Walk-ins who require Fasting labs at this location, but not today. The problem is they don't offer a walk in hour for Diabetics who frequently suffer lows in the morning or during the night and that is a problem for those patients who require juice or food during those times to raise their blood glucose so as not to suffer a diabetic seizure. Also, if there is only one other patient currently in the waiting room, why do they insist that they have no clue if it will be an hour or more of waiting? Not realistic.

Appointments are needed. I did get there early and they took me. Very nice staff and very good at their jobs.

Showed up today with 98 year-old mother in wheelchair for blood work. Elevator is broken and blood lab is on second floor. No notice from quest. Quest said they didn't have our contact information. Quest both texted and emailed appointment reminder so we know this isnt true. Attitude from quest when I approached them was poor. Hartford Healthcare owns the building so poor job by them. We were told the elevator has been out for a week!

Change the information posted online if you don't want to accommodate the services you say you offer. Left work early, had all paperwork required, arrived during walk in hours posted online. Waste of time. Please Dont advertise walk in hours if you can't do it. 1 person waiting in the lobby when I walked in. Probably would have just left disgruntled and not reviewed, If the guy wasn't so rude in his mannerisms. Look of disgust on his face for being asked to do his job.

um. im not sure where all of the other reviews sent but it wasnt the same place. i was quite nervous about this location because of the reviews ?. this quest location doesnt even have a front desk.

theres 2 buildings, the first one is an urgent care center (which does have a desk!!). if you follow the signs, you'll be led to a second building behind it. that is the quest building.

the quest is located on the second floor of the building, you're greeted with self-checkin kiosks. its simple and quick.

anyways, my experience there. i went in for bloodtesting. im not good with needles. i will usually have a physical reaction i have zero control over. i waited about 2 minutes before my nurse walked out and called my name.

she was EXTREMELY kind. i was a bit freaked out and didnt have all of the information i needed for her, but she helped me get everything in order. she talked me through the blood drawing process, making sure i was okay the whole time, asking if i needed a break or to stop all together. when my first vein didn't work, she told me she was going to try lower down on my arm. and if that didn't work, she would give me some water and help reschedule.

luckily i got through it fine. normally my arm will violently convulse due to my nerve disorder. but my nurse made everything quick and as soothing as she could. even afterwards, when i had to take a urine sample, she continued to check to make sure i was okay until i walked out the door.

Very easy to schedule, to check in, I had 0 wait, and everyone was very nice to me. Barely felt it.
